Great place to stay, cozy and nice rooms, nice property, kid friendly, nice playground.
Food is good, reasonably priced, breakfast buffet for vegetarians is not that great (good enough if one is too lazy).
Location is a bit tricky and hard to reach so be careful while following maps, turns are very easy to miss. Dont bother calling reception for directions, they wont pick up (99% of the times)
All in all, good value for money.

I stayed here for three nights with my parents. The property is a bit away from Kasauli, which suited us perfectly. You have to go down a narrow, steep pavement down from the main road to get to the reception, but thankfully, the electric cart was available at all times to save us the physical effort. There is a bit of a climb from the rooms to the reception as well, but it should be manageable by most people.
The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The common areas and the rooms offer good views of the valley below. There are several gaming options available, which would be great when traveling in a group. The rooms we stayed in were cozy, well-appointed, and fairly clean. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony, which hangs over the valley. The precautions in these COVID times could have been slightly better. Very often, the staff members could be seen moving around without a mask, for instance.
The food can be a bit hit and miss, but it was mostly decent in terms of pricing and quality. The lunch on the afternoon we checked in took a bit long, but it was probably because of several simultaneous orders from different guests. The breakfast buffet isn't extensive but quite sufficient. Since the resort is a bit far from the city, I don't think there are other food delivery options, so guests will have to rely on the restaurant food unless they are going to another place on their own.
One of the better aspects was the service. The staff members were uniformly polite and helpful. I would particularly like to mention the old gentleman who brought our dinner every night to our rooms. Walking all the way from the kitchen at a lower level to our room multiple times every night would have taken some effort, but he was always cheerful.
On the whole, I would love to stay at the place again. The one much-needed improvement I would suggest is to have a safety bar or something similar on the cart. Given the steep climb to the main road, guests sitting at the back can easily fall down if they are not careful. This is an accident waiting to happen, and a safety precaution would be very useful.

The place is very beautiful.. The cottages are pretty and the food wuality is also very good. But the staff management and their behaviour is rude and disappointed.. They didnt even think that someone is with family the just send the bell boy for checkout.. Their checkin & Checkout time is totally different from every hotel & resort if Checkin is at 1 Pm then checkout should also be at 1 PM. Their linen was also not good bed sheet was having holes in it. Besides so much rain they forcelly made families to checkout get out from their resort.. Their gst on food is also very different as usually everyone charges 5% GST on food as per govt. rules but charge 18% GST on food also. The good thing about resort was their garden with lot of activities to do and you get interact with many more new friends and enjoy the evening with new friends.. We got to interact 4-5 families there in resort.. Its totally family resort so its totally safe to go there with families and kids.. I will definitely visit this resort again but i want management should realky consider that same complaints for staff behaviour is there and staff is really not cooperative.. Hospitality is totally based on how you treat and interact with guest and what you do to make your guest happy… besides being a hotelier they didnt even give 10-15% discount of food also.. besides that the cottage was also not same which i booked…The staff was very much rigid which is totally a bad impact for a very beautiful resort… I giving the rating average just because of staff behaviour otherwise it was awesome…👍

Well checking the review on youtube n getting fascinated by the beauty of the hotel and writing the same kind of review is great. The whole property is amazing. It is almost 4-5 km away from Garkhal Market. At night road seems to be lonely but after reaching there you would feel that you have reached the right destination and a warm welcome from the Reception area (Mr. Arun and Ms. Bhumika) will assure you of a nice and comfortable stay. The hotel is 200-300 meters downwards from the road. So going there in a golf car is absolutely unique experience for kids. We booked Queen Suite for 2 days and our stay was quite comfortable. Talking about our room. We got a master bedroom, living room, meeting room, and a sit-out with an amazing view with a jacuzzi. The view from all the room was so amazing. From the balcony enjoying a cup of tea n enjoying the swing give a rich experience. My daughters enjoyed watching cartoons on a big screen sitting on a lazy sofa. Electric curtains and the lights made the ambiance great. Even the washrooms were neat and clean. For kids, they have a huge playing area where they can enjoy table tennis, shooting, and basketball. For meals also, they have an open area and a cozy inside sitting area. The food was really yummy. A small artificial waterfall adds to the beauty of the property. One thing that I can never miss to mention, live music on Saturday can make a dining experience like never before. I just forgot the singer's name, his melodious voice and romantic songs can make any couple dance. If you love to take photographs then this is the right place for you.

Hotel property is beautiful staff is rude . Hospitality is worst .I asked for strong coffee and waiter said we make this type of coffee only if you want we can bring a extra pouch of coffee and you can dilute the pouch in the same coffee . Their check out time is 11 am they will start calling u from 10.30 am and they will not understand any medical emergency they need room to be check out at 11 . They will send bell boy even without your consent and they keep on ringing phone bells and room bells for check out never seen such a poor hospitality will suggest not to stay in this hotel .if you have some medical emergency also they will put your luggage out .

I had initially made reservation for 2 days but I liked the view so much that I decided to extend my stay by 1 more day. My experience was ruined by the miscommunication between the reception staff, as they asked us to change the room on the 3rd day because they wanted to accommodate other guest's request. We didn't like the new room allocated to us as it was smaller in size and the bed was uncomfortable. The reception staff had the audacity to tell us that we could checkout. Hence I won't recommend it basis this pathetic experience.

We were not expected that kind of location and services before reaching. After visiting the place we found that the property is full of advance technology available in termm of room and other areas.
Each and everything was perfect including bar, open area, barbeque, rooms, dine in etc.
They have arranged nice bonfire for us as it was chilling outside with pnety of drinks and food menu at the best prices.
Its a best place to stay from the crowded areas and had some relax and family time.
We will must visit again and again as much possible.
Cons: Staff behaviour must be more friendly, especially when there are childrens with the family.
Staff is afraid from senior management in doing work on request of the guest.
Even small request has been first asked by the upper management.

We loved our stay at Kasauli Hills starting from the cart ride that took us to the resort from the parking. We stayed at Super Deluxe wooden cottage which was amazing with great view fro the balcony. The central area with restaurant and multiple gaming options is quite good and worth spending few hours. The biggest plus is the food at genuine rates. Everything we ordered right from lunchto dinner to breakfast was excellent both with respect to quantity and quality.

We stayed here in December end for 2 nights and our experience staying here was wonderful. The property is nicely maintained and the staff here was very polite and helpful.
They go out of their way to make you stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Kasauli hills resort was an amazing place. Loved where the resort was situated. It has amazing rooms and very good service. The parking is near the road on the top, and to get to the property you have a buggy ride which is fun and adventurous. I wanted to extend my stay, because it’s room and the resort both were dreamy. Excellent location, beautiful rooms and great service. The only room for improvement was the food. I would rate 2.5/5. But otherwise it’s highly recommended and I surely will visit again.
