La Rocca Restaurant and Bed & Breakfast La Rocca Restaurant is located in the historic center of Firenzuola overlooking the beautiful main square, in the Mugello area between Florence and Bologna. Elegant and informal, our restaurant expresses the best culinary tradition of the region. The menu is based on skillfully prepared recipes using local ingredients. The dishes that are not to be missed and are always available in our menu include: hot and cold homemade starters, homemade pasta, such as the typical potato ravioli, ravioli with ricotta and spinach filling, and pappardelle (wide homemade pasta). Second courses include outstanding, delicious, grass-fed beef from the Mugello farms, Fiorentina (T-bone steak), beef tagliata, and boar, hare and other game specialties (available during the hunting season in autumn). Whenever availlable and according to season, we also offer porcini and prugnoli mushroom dishes as well as truffles. And dulcis in fundo, excellent homemade desserts. For your comfort, our restaurant doubles as a bed and breakfast, and we can guarantee a pleasant stay in our colorful rooms. Cozy and colorful, the rooms are all equipped with private bathroom with shower, TV and heating. Homekeeping includes daily cleaning and linen change every 3 days. We also have an apartment (4 guests) with private bathroom. All rooms have free wifi access.
