It is a 3*hotel. We stayed with a dog and they charge us 15€/night for the pet. We had a quadruple room as a family room. The separate room had 2 sigle short bads and the main room had a kind of sofa bed as a double bed. Parking is private but it is not separated from the street. It’s free of charge. The restaurant works till 22:00 we have riched the hotel about 21:30 and they where very kind to serve us dinner. If you arrive in the area later make sure you find a restaurant on your way, in the area about 2km away there’s a Mc donalds that works till 00:00.Breakfast was ok, unfortunalty juices they served seemed to be concentates. The hotel is silent, so you can have a good sleep.

Indeed normal prices in this hotel are a little bit higher. But if you ask for some action prices, you can get many more for lowest price. In that case you have included entrance or discount for some wellnes and aquapark. The food is good in normal quantities. People in the hotel are pleasant and you really feel good.

Dear guest, Thank you indeed for your positive review. The fact that you were satisfied means a lot to us. Our hotel is located at the crossroads of routes to the Soča Valley, to Goriška Brda, Kras, and the Vipava Valley. Venice is also not very distant. If you decide to visit any of these, do not miss the opportunity to visit us!

Lets start with the restaurant of the hotel. We have ordered draught beers to help forgetting the long and tireing day. We have got bottled ones, with a nice smile of the waitres. She, knew what we need, but simply did not care about it , with a nice smile on her face - this is "Slavish wirtschaft" - they do not care... After the third round of beers we have got finally the draught type... Disappointing, but who expects more here? Meal was OK, no complaint. The hotel staff is not very friendly, same like in restaurant, smiling but not taking care. Rooms are good in size, bathroom looks clean but the toilet's flush button was wrong. Only take this hotel if you do not care about quality, cleanliness, kindness, good bed.

Thank you for your opinion. We are terribly sorry that you did not have a positive experience. In your writing you say that the waitress and the other personnel served you with indifference. We regret this and agree with you that this is not okay. It is however also true that sometimes unnecessary conflicts occur over bagatelles that were not even done on purpose or with a bad intent. We nonetheless hope to have you as our guest again, thus giving us an opportunity for improvement.
