The room were 28 degrees when we arrived so we turned on the aircon but it did nok work it was so hot and the only thing the hotel did was to put in a small fan that should cool all 4 og us! There were no support or compensation for this. I would not recommand anyone to stay here they were not helpfully at all. It was not their problem.

Few things threw us off. #1 Nobody that stayed at the hotel wore masks and the mask rule was not enforced. Buffet style breakfast without anyone wearing a mask is dangerous. Many people came on bus to eat breakfast or lunch, and walked to a nearby casino. They must offer some deal to the casino goers that get bussed in. Not great for us normal hotel customers. #2 It was very hot and sunny, when we entered the room, the air didn't work. When we asked the lady up front, she tried to enable something via her computer. Still didn't work, nobody came to look at it after request. It was about 29 celsius in the room, and HUMID. Last complain, just for fun #3 the TV was bad, had lines going across it for every channel, I am sure a set of several pixels have been damaged. I am ok with a hotel like this, if I pay for something like this. With what they charged, it's not worth the money. I expect more for the price I paid.…

Dear. Thank you very much for your review. We are sorry that you did not feel safe staying at our hotel. The staff always wears masks, there are signs that say masks are mandatory and we warn our guests about the rule. Unfortunately many people don't care about the rules and we cannot force them to wear a mask. If you told us about your concerns, we could have served you breakfast, so you wouldn't have to use the buffet. We have no deal with the casino goers, however, we are a hotel and all paying guests are welcome. We are sorry about the air conditioning, we wish we could do more at the time. The TVs are quite new and are not broken, if you had problems you should let us know and we would be able to adress the issue.

The rooms en de showers are dirty. Smalls very bad. For what this hotel haze to offer is very expensive . Because of this dirtiness we made decision in the morning the live without using the breakfast.

Nice room with big bed. Silence rooms. Good breakfast, enough parking option. Great location, near highway, shops, casino, McDonalds. 4km from Lake Bled. I recommend it! Great price-value rate! The view for mountains awesome.

The room was comfortable. Unfortunatly the keycard is not working, but we got the normal key. The stuff polite, and helpfull. The breakfast is good, but the choice is not wide. Some thing (i.e. scrumbled eggs or sausage was little bit cold. OK! Is not was warm) You can park at the place front of the hotel, but - the stuff is not told - the hotel has a underground garage. The place of the hotel is good, nearby shops, and reasturants. Good base for excursion Bled, Vogel, Savica waterfall, Triglav.

The Hotel was nice and clean. The Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The location might not be the best if you want to hang out a bit in a nice city, but its not far with the car to go to bled. Parking in Bled itself is 5 Euro a day.

Thanks for your good review! The location of our hotel in the shopping district of Lesce with many grocery stores, restaurants and a petrol station, just off the motorway, is most convenient for all business travellers and those looking for an overnight stay, but it is also great as a starting point to discover most attractions of the area including Ljubljana.. For a nice evening stroll throught the city it is indeed recommended to take the car or bus to Bled or Radovljica.

I chose this hotel because of the reviews and the "we'll work on it" reply LAST SUMMER about the air conditioning. Well, that was a lie. We stayed this week and it was MUCH hotter in our room than in the hallways and lobby. We stayed in room 102 and our room was 30C, 86F, and very uncomfortable. Finally, after letting the AC run for over an hour, at 10PM we called the front desk to see if they could do anything about it. The girl at the desk said she actually controlled the room temperature from there. She could see how hot our room was from there and said that she would try to get it cooler. At 11PM she called our room and said she couldn't get it cooler, so asked if we wanted to move rooms to across the hall. We said yes and she told us we would have to come down to the desk to get our key. At 11PM it was a shameful thing to do. What made this an obvious insult was that we were three sisters in a room so they had to make up a third bed in room 210 across the hall. It was very apparent they had been in the room to make it up for three, but still required us to go downstairs to the desk to obtain the key. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good. Our waitress was charming and very helpful. I would eat there again. The room was clean and breakfast was good, but we didn't get sleep because it was so hot. The new room only got to 77F, too warm to get a good night's sleep. Since the whole point of renting a hotel room is to find a place to sleep, it was unconscionable for them to not provide us with this. The wifi is still horrible also. It is intermittent at best. The girl at the front desk told my sister at night that it has been a problem getting rooms cool. The next morning when we checked out the girl at the desk told us that this happens when the "manager is away." She acted as if that was a reasonable excuse and we should just accept it. I would NEVER stay here again, not just in warm weather, but at any time because of the way we were treated with such disrespect. I believe this is the ONLY terrible review I have ever written. I feel for the sake of other readers it is important to be honest when telling about our experience.…

I stayed in this hotel for five nights, visiting lake Bled area for fly fishing. The hotel is very conveniently located, near main roads, although in sort of business area, surrounded by a few car selling places (I had a view on Nissan shop from my window). However, every day I left the hotel in early morning and returned in dark evening, so I did not bother. Breakfast was good, and a la carte dinner was very good. Rooms are not small, bathroom has all it should have, everything works well, and bed was very comfortable, no distracting sounds at all, so everything for a very good sleep. Staff very friendly and helpful. And last but not least - great value for money. Will stay there again if I come for same type of trip.

Spent 3 nights at KREK. Room is relatively large and bathroom is quite comfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly and helping, English speaking staff. Many shopping and dining options in the nearby town of Lesce Very close to lake Bled and good starting point for daily tours around (Lake Bohinj, Kranj, Škofja Loka, Ljubljana, Mt Triglav etc'). On the other hand – A/C is very low, and actually not existing. Room was hot so we asked for Fan but they did not have any. Spent all 3 nights with balcony's door open, 'taking risk' of mosquito's bites and traffic noise. WIFI in room is bad so we had to go down to the lobby for both, good A/C and fast internet.

Very good hotel, close to the highway, good service, nice rooms, excellent food. The area around the hotel are great views and plenty of tourist spots. Excellent location for travelers and sports enthusiasts.
