We have visited Hotel and restaurant Premantura Resort second year in a row. It offers neath swimming pool area, awesome Wellness spa, delicious food and best, kindest staff ever! Relaxed evenings with selected live music and carefully placed ornaments make the most romantic atmosphere. We can't wait to come back next year!
Hotel is really new, with everything aboard. Staff is helpful, educated and young with all the informations you neee. I would recommend this hotel especially because of the location and cape Kamenjak. If you are there with kids, staff will make everything to make your staff comfortable.
The staff were very nice and friendly. Other than that I'm extremely confused by the fantastic reviews this place has. I booked this place blind, guided only by the "four stars", the pictures and the price - it looked a little basic, sure, but it wasn't cheap and I assumed the price was predicated on it being remote, comfortable and peaceful. On arrival it was clear it wasn't remote at all so that was the first problem but whatever. The staff were friendly and they took us to our room on the third floor. The furnishings were so bad it was funny. Or at least it would have been funny if it didn't look like my girlfriend was about to kill me. Remember this was marketed as "4 star": I have literally stayed in youth hostels better equipped. I suspect there are prisons that are better equipped. If the sight of furniture gives you convulsive panic attacks than this is the place for you: if minimalism was an Olympic sport than this place would win gold every year. There was actually an echo. Nevertheless if I'd been with friends instead of my wife I'd have probably stuck it out. Where the joke ended was when I opened the balcony doors and stepped out. The booking said "forest view"... well I didn't realise that they meant a forest of tents and caravans. Not exactly the tranquility we had sought. We switched rooms to one that was facing the pool, but it was a cavernous chamber build into the corner of the building with one small door so was dark and depressing and the pool area is just soulless barren concrete. Feeling a bit guilty I left a tip and we drove off. I can see other people have complained about loud music till late at night and the pool being open to hordes of children from the campsite which we did not stay long enough to enjoy so I don't regret it. So again, if I'd been with friends it would have been a bad joke but we'd have made the best of it and probably still had a laugh. However telling my girlfriend that we were going to a 4 star remote hotel and arriving here was not an experience that she has let me forget. The price: the stars: the pictures - a pretty raw deception to be honest.…
My partner and I stayed for 1 night while on a Croatia road trip. Staff very attentive and free easy parking outside hotel. They gave us a big room, 303. Spotless clean. Great facilities. Pool area lovely, does get busy in late afternoon with families. Nice snack and drink area. Breakfast served there on a morning. Breakfast is just delicious, lots of good quality produce. Seph was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you . On an evening only a short walk up there is a small town with great wine and food to choose from. Live music too. Returning to hotel key card let’s you enter main door, we panicked a little when returning from evening meal seeing no staff around, but sorted quickly . Thank you to all staff , we didn’t want to leave. Eileen n Nicky Newcastle. 😊
Let me start by saying we had a great vacation here! Staff is incredibly helpful and service minded. Rooms are nice and modern. The breakfast is really superb and the prices in the bar are very reasonable. As nice as we thought the hotel was and as much as we really liked the employees in the hotel, we came for a nice relaxing time at the pool and chose a small hotel for some peace and quiet. Unfortunately the owner allows the folks from the neighbooring camping to walse straight into the pool and take up A LOT OF SPACE EVERY DAY. Meaning the paying hotel guests were left to share the pool with typically a dusin extra people, which is a lot in a small pool. For us this was super annoying and actually resulted in us seeking out the beaches the last days we were there. Its not a cheap place by any means, so the owner needs to figure out if he is running a public pool or an upmarket hotel, a mix doesnt work.…
Fairly new and well kept hotel in a quiet, family friendly area with lots of activities. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent cleaning and good room maintenance service when needed. The pool facilities was very good, with fresh fruit for free. Breakfast had good variety and we especially appreciated that fruit, meat and cheese was kept refrigerated all the time to avoid bacteria. We missed some more activities and food at the hotel, but there are many restaurants and activities nearby. We recommend families going to Pula to stay at this hotel.
Advantages: Swimming pool for kids. Location. Parking. Equipment. Friendly staff. Breakfast is classical European but the products are very fresh. Cleanliness. Comfort. Hotel is not big so there are no many people. Walk on the boat was included in price. Disadvantages: Breakfast Coffee is not included in the price. A bit expensive. No restaurant inside (only bar and it is good). No fitness (I hope it will be organised in nearest future).
