To begin with, the receptionist is also a BAD manager who tends to have arguments with the guests - this is very UNPLEASANT experience as you are trying to have a rest, not to spend time fighting against stupid practices like leaving keys at the reception every time u leave the room, almost never working elevator and etc. However, the cleaning lady and rest of the staff are very nice and kind. The room gets very hot in the mornings if the AC is not turned on so you may wake up wet. The bathroom is arranged in a very strange way. Last but not least, no card payments.. Think twice before you book as bad attitude may ruin your vacation!

Wir waren im Jahr 07/2017 dort. Die Zimmer waren sauber und süß eingerichtet. Es wäre schön, wenn das Hotel bei Trip Advisor mehr an Bilder reinsetzen würde, von Ihrem Hotel. Personal und Chefs, waren sehr bemüht. Unser Ding war das Frühstück nicht wirklich, aber das liegt wirklich an den Südländern, die das alle nicht so könne, mit ihrem Formfleisch, Weißbrot ect.! Nicht schlimm, denn die Lage ist super, sodass man im Inneren der Altstadt im Supermarkt oder an der Bäckerei halten kann. Pool ist niedlich, reicht zum abkühlen. Achtung, nicht mit sandigen Füßen ins Hotel, die Angestellten sind diesbezüglich sehr empfindlich. Draußen kann man sich diese abwaschen.

A small hotel near Tsarevo city /20 min walk/. Our first perception was that is an ordinary hotel like every other in this other but we were impressed by the people that work there /think they are the owners/. They were very polite and cooperative. Our room was very small with two separate beds and it was very clean. They have a small pool which we didn't try but it looked nice. The breakfast was not included but It was delicious and not expensive. I recommend it if you visit this part of Tsarevo!

The Mimosa hotel is perfect for spending a relaxed time in the city of Tsarevo. The staff is nice, they are available to your requests and also prepare a very nice breakfast on demand. The rooms are average, overall clean, and the pool definitely deserves some extra points!
