I visited the Hermes Alexandria Hotel at the beginning of August 2018. Daring to call myself quite an experienced traveller, I call it definitely the worst service I have ever seen, especially considering he price of the stay. Very unfriendly an incompetent service, that was f.e. not capable of accommodating our group of cca 35 children all in one building, although this was discussed and promised more than half a year in advance. Instead, the children were put into different buildings, which lead to huge organization issue for the adults of our group. The kids were also very badly treated and shouted on by the staff, after some of the smallest ones accidentally lost their keys, which surely wouldn’t have happened if the staff behaved as promised and the children were not split all over the complex. Some of the kids were also served alcohol on the bars, although they wore bracelets indicating being underaged and they themselves even asked the bartenders not to put alcohol in their drinks!!! The expensive ULTRA All Inclusive programme would indicate, as of the name (and price), as fully inclusive stay as possible. Unfortunately it showed up you are meant to pay for about half of the alcohol drinks, at one of the bars even for ALL OF THEM after 11 pm. The “all inclusive” food offer in between the meals consisted of one kind of pizza being served at one of the bars and a couple of pre-made sandwiches+some fruit served around 10pm. That was it. The meals themselves were not bad, but considering the price I would expect much bigger variety of choices. Unfortunately, after eating exclusively in Hermes Hotel, some members of our group suffered from a very unpleasant digestion infection, which, in my case, was lasting for almost another month. The “cherry on the top” is definitely a very poor, stupid and meaningless animation programme... I definitely do not reccommend a stay in this hotel!…

The room was dark, dirty, and depressing. There was a strong smell of cigar (!) smoke, and the carpet was filthy. The interior looked very dated. When I complained to the receptionists, they just shrugged and told me that there weren't any other available rooms. I left and luckily found another - nicer and much cheaper - place to stay. Will hopefully never be back!

Our only favourite sea side place in Bulgaria! Visiting for many years already and not only they always meet but definitely exceed our expectations! Best animation team, food, personalised service! Our kids and we are truly in love with the place and all the staff! The GM,Antoaneta Ignatova, is a real gem to Alexandria! Highly recommended!

It was really nice vacation we had. Very nice animation for little ones, delicious food, many things for kids to do around. Closest beach sometimes get crowded but there is much bigger one close by. Rooms were clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel for family holidays.

Very good hotel for a family vacation, feeding, cleaning, treatment. We were in the hotel more than 10 times, but like the rest. Children feel like home for the summer. The Beach Hotel is not the best but in Tsarevo there are other beaches.

This is an amazing hotel.The staff are very friendly and welcoming eager to help you if you need anything.The food area is spacious and one of the best I have seen.The food is very tasty and we had a rich choice.Every day of the week they had a different menu it was very nice.The rooms were clean and had a view of the sea which was very pleasant.The hotel has a beach bar which has a "Hawaiian" atmosphere about it.It was very relaxing.The best part of it was that the hotel was right next to the sea so its quite easy to get there.The hotel has an animation team of 4-8 people which organize the guest's amusement like:pool volleyball,gymnastics,animation.I'll be back to this place and highly recommend to others when in the area.

The hotel is situated in the small town of Tsarevo, but it has everything you need to be entertained. It's ultra all-inclusive and has a diversity of animating programs, so you won't get bored. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the sea is beautiful. You can play different sports, go to the gym or just relax in the jacuzzi.

I have stayed with my family in August 2015 and this had been our 8th year in a row at this amazing place-says a lot ! Food, service, cleanliness- all is spot on. You feel like being at home , being very well looked after but everyone is truly professional and not intrusive! The animation team led by legendary Oleg is second to none, kids love it! And last but not least the GM Miss Ignatova is ever so caring yet fully professional and looking after every single guest, real gem for Alexandria!
