For a 3* plus this hotel was a great little getaway Pro’s Very clean and tidy hotel. There was always someone cleaning. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always happy especially the animations team. Food was very good and a fair choice, snack bar pizza was lovely and the burger was good. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily we had a side room partial sea view with a small balcony (439). The air - con although centrally controlled was a nice 19c. Sandy beach Cons This hotel is a bit out of the way there is little around it within walking distance. There was no waiter service at all as that would have been good especially on the veranda from the lobby bar. Occasionally the meat appeared to be a little undercooked (pink chicken steaks) Not a great choice on salads if that’s your thing. Sun beds around pool could do with a good clean and there are no where enough sunshades in fact there was nearly a fight on our first day over them. Didn’t go in the pool but apparently it was cold. Beach was nice plenty of sun beds and sun shades. All in all well worth the money and will happily go back.

Can’t knock the hotel at all, ticked all the boxes for a holiday. Good price, good food, large clean room, plenty of sun beds round the pool and on the beach the pool area does fill up quiet quickly but can only put towels out from 9 am, they have been removing towels off beds. Animation team, bar teams, reception and restaurant staff all friendly and helpful. Drinks only local really not branded on all inclusive but plenty flowing along with help yourself beer and wine. Food in restaurants very good choice defo something for everyone, sometimes warm not piping hot but good all round choice. Small criticism for restaurant and I mean small, could do with extra coffee machine and toaster always a queue for this items which is slight inconvenience only. Soup cauldrons need to be switched on as soup does seem to go colder the later you go in. Pool bar is open for food also and is very popular suppling till 6pm along with icecream. Around the area is a few things to see but need to explore yourself albeit not a lot but interesting enough. There is no alacarte restaurant now even though tui offer it in the brouchre looks like a recent change. Towels are available at the reception for the pool area 20 lev deposit each towel no charge to cage and refresh them, deposit back once handed in. On the whole worth the trip you shouldn’t be disappointed we aren’t (still here)

Spent a week here 14-21 July 2022 Arrived after airport delays at Cardiff, delays at Burgas passport control delays getting our luggage. Arrived at the Hotel at 11.30pm instead of 18.30. We were very hungry but we’re told there was nothing atall to eat, not even a bag of crisps in the bar. We were told that TUI had not told them we were still coming. Not a very helpful person. Snacks are stated in the blurb as being available till midnight. The room was excellent, the food was excellent, the choice of local drinks was limited with the all inclusive but staff were very helpful in getting what you wanted or mixing your choice of drink. The pool snacks looked very good but we used the restaurant for our meals. Ok, so sometimes the spoons ran out or the coffee machine needed replenishing, that’s to be expected sometimes The toaster is a slow one sided affair. So we didn’t bother after a few times waiting. If you want a poolside sun bed you need to put your towel out very early, I woke at dawn one day 5.50am and people were out reserving their choice already. We noticed quite a number still not occupied by early lunchtime. A problem hard to resolve We used the beach every day, plenty of beds and the water is lovely Heads up for your last day, we were being transferred at 4.10pm and asked as we went into lunch to use a shower. The one shower was booked from midday to 4.30. So no shower and sandy bits for the journey home. We had a very good holiday with minor issues They are trying hard to sort everything all the time. The manager is everywhere watching how things are going so he is no doubt aware of issues as they arrive If you ask they’ll sort it if they are able. It’s better than it’s 3 star rating

Stayed in the hotel for 10 days in August. Great location right on the beach. Room was spacious, fairly cleaned. But be aware if you have left something behind after checking out , don't wish items to be returned to you, especially if they are expensive. Cleaners never find anything even you haven't yet left the hotel and realised you are missing those items. Food is a good quality , credit to the chiefs. Very pleasant buffet service staff. But kitchen has got issues with washing plates and cutlery. You need to go through a few plates to find a clean one, without any food bits stuck on any side of the plate, or plate not being greasy. Other thing to note, is buffet and kitchen staff smoking area , it should be moved out from the hotel. A nasty smoking smell comes from the staff area of the buffet, just walking in . Pool and the pool area somehow isn't getting cleaned properly. Pool area not cleaned from the water , and gets very very wet with a huge paddles around the pool. Pool isn't cleaned properly cleaned on the daily basis resulting a pool being closed for proper clean for nearly 2 days. Hotel still using plastic cups and straws and beach area is full of plastic cusps and straws in the evening , and its barely gets cleaned . There are always cups, straws and peaces of lemon from the cocktails left under the sun lounges . Facilities of the hotel mention kids playroom. There is one, next to the pool but you can't really call it playroom. First of all it is very dirty, secondly there is nothing in there , a few little chairs and table , and pretended plane, where all the chairs in it are broken .

Dear Lana, As member of TUI Group, you know, better than many, what is the meaning or TUI Suneo concept, and the standards of it. The hotel is being inspected, on a regular basis, not only by local authorities, but also by TUI. Been a member of TUI Group, you have access to all targets and scores for TUI Suneo Serenity Bay, besides all comments you could find on tripadvisor. Unfortunately, we found many aspects of your review misleading. - The cleaning is one of the top priority for every member of the staff. While mentioning that pool is cleaned daily, please remember the summer storm which happened during your stay, with strongest wind we experienced for years. Been on 1st line, on the beach, that resulted that pool needed a proper cleaning after the storm. We can not afford to offer a dirty pool, full of sand and seaweed to our Guests. - Many of our Guests are going to the beach zone of the hotel. All of the zone is cleaned daily, not once a day, by staff members. We are very grateful, when Guest respect environment and clean up after themselves. In all other cases our staff will do the cleaning, with a smile on their faces. Many of staff members, especially Beach staff, are local, and cleanup the area is their personal cause. The other part of our Guests prefer the swimming pools of the hotel. Having so many Guests, at same time, inside, or around the pool will lead to wet areas, especially when playing splashing games, or aquafit. - Not many of the staff are smokers. Even so, there is a special smoking area, which has nothing to do with the described in your review. Especially when Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch or dinner, all the staff are on their working places. - We were in contact with you, since the evening of your departure (and later, by both of your email addresses), while you were still in hotel, regarding items you claim to forgot in the room. You received an access to the room, to check it, and the chambermaid, which cleaned it, was asked to meet you at the shuttlebus pick up point. You had an eye contact with her, but did no approach to have a conversation, although you both speak perfect Russian language. - Thank you for rating Restaurant staff and Kitchen. Tui changed our booking to this hotel, it was remote location, you had to get taxi into nearest village which was tiny, hotel staff advised not safe to walk outside after sunset, pool was freezing cold, entertainment was very poor on the evening, food was very unappealing, it was always cold, watery with grease sitting on top, alcohol didn't taste right. Room was clean but air conditioning was set to 19 degrees, complained to tui reps whilst there 2 times was a waste of time, paid for an excursion to the castle that was not good even the tour guide jumped out the minibus on the way back, got home and within 3 days my husband was rushed into hospital with legionnaires disease, where he is still there now. Wouldn't recommend ,no support from tui whilst there and non when we got back and flights was delayed both ways as well

Unfortunatelly there are several aspects in yor review which we have no powers to change: - flight delays; - wheather and temperatures; - hotel location - TUI Suneo Serenity Bay is a well known resort, for relaxing holiday, mainly because its location. All air conditioners were set on "heat" during May, and every guest could change the temperature with two clicks from the panel. Fantastic holiday! Just spent 10 days here and loved every minute of it. The hotel is spotlessly clean and housekeeping left the rooms emaculate. We had a sea view room and was so much more room than 2 people need (which isn't a complaint). Hotel is on a beautiful beach with a dedicated area for the hotel. We booked towards the end of June and could clearly see how much it picks up from the start of our holiday to the end. Pool area got busy towards the end of our holiday so getting up at a good time is advisable to get a lounger. Staff do remove towels if they have been left longer than an hour in the morning. Good selection of food served at all meal times but this is where my one con is all be it a minor one. The food is on a one week rota, so if you're staying for longer than a week the meals repeat themselves. All in all, brilliant hotel and would definitely consider returning.

I’d like to start by saying that Serenity Bay wasn’t our first choice of destination, but after a cancellation from TUI in another area of Bulgaria, we were reassigned the TUI Suneo Serenity Bay.
That being said, we have had an enjoyable relaxing week.
Pros:
The entertainment team were fantastic (Kris and Freya). They put on a varied programme throughout the day and evening, and were great at getting everyone engaged. I’ve never known a hotel where you have 100+ people joining aquafit every day!
Access to the beach. Straight down the steps from the pool you are on the beach. There is a huge area of sun beds allocated free of charge for the hotel. It’s a really clean beach, further along you can hire different water sports / activities. The sea isn’t the best for snorkelling, there isn’t a lot of wildlife and the sea isn’t the clearest.
The rooms. We had a family room and it was huge in size, separate bedroom for us and two bathrooms. It was very clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons:
The food was pretty average. There was no real variety in the food that was served every day & the choice for vegetarians was poor, you basically had the choice of rice and potato side dishes, there was never a main offering for vegetarians. During your stay you get one visit to the a la carte restaurant - which we were excited for. But the food here lacked even more in flavour than the main restaurant.
The reception team were not the most helpful, there seemed to be one person who could answer questions and if you visited at any other point of the day, you were advised to wait and come back to speak to her. We asked several times about late checkout, but were told to come back on the day of departure. Which we did - but were then told this couldn’t be accommodated.
Watch out:
Tsarevo is a very very quiet area. If you are the kind of family that like to spend the whole time in the hotel/pool/beach - this will be perfect. However if you like an excursion/explore then this isn’t really the ideal destination for you.
There is no kids club at this hotel.

arrived here for 8 day holiday in september, lovely quite location,beautiful beach (no stones or rocks) the sunbeds were plentiful on the beach,also plenty around the pool area,loads of choice for food, in the dining restaurant and at the pool bar,the rooms were large and bright and kept very clean, staff we found was very friendly, we asked for a low floor and was given the ground floor it was perfect. beds were nice and comfortable, the only downside to our holiday we went at the end of season so everything outside had closed, for the season, thats not down to the hotel.i have been here before before the pandemic, thought what a lovely clean hotel but on my arrival this time as soon as you enter the hotel there are faux orange chairs in the lobby they lookes a bit worse for wear, the plastic was coming off of the chairs, i think they should be replaced or recovered, i believe first impressions have, lasting impressions. i was wondering what the rooms were like after seeing them, but my room was as nice as the last time we was here, would i return, most definately 100% i rebooked to return for 3 weeks next year, i came back so relaxed,i would definately recommend this hotel,for a nice quite relaxing holiday

Staff mostly friendly Rooms immaculate with stunning views Pool lovely Food nice but I was fed up by the end of the week and walked about 10mins away to a lovely local restaurant. If you leave hotel over bridge few hundred yards turn right up steep hill there is a number of local restaurants. Remember to look over bridge into water to see the amazing turtles. Beach nice but sea not for me, lots of pebbles and sea waste at surface that put me off but then I'm not a fan.of the sea Tilda and kris were amazing trying so so hard to entertain the guest and talking in all languages was fascinating well done guys. Lots of people for different countries, some very rude people but I'm sure their were rude brits.Aways managed to get a sun bed. Weather was nice from 13th June we were lucky as storms the week before. Not close to town or shops. We paid approx £30 to go to a town and I did this as I was a little restless staying around the pool all day every day and I never thought I'd say that. Cocktails strong never got drunk on all inclusive before but did here. Would I return- NO and this isn't because I didn't have a nice time it's just their wasn't enough to do. Not the prettiest of countries, but do feel maybe this was better than sunny Beach as I hear that csn be tacky. Good for an all round relaxing holiday, clean friendly, I would rate this 3.5 stars 🌟 hope this helps

Everything else is perfect - the best thing is the food and the politeness of the bartenders. Let's say the room was cleaned poorly - very poorly every second or third day, there was a bag of crisps behind the bedside table :-), we didn't dirty the pillows despite the sweaty pillows after very hot nights in the room. If it weren't for the air conditioning, the hotel would be good - the air conditioning spoiled everything and we probably won't come back to this hotel. The furniture in the room is also rather worn down by time. The decor could be refreshed. After all, in our opinion, 4 stars obliges us to do so.
