The hotel is very comfortable and is conviently located to access both the City and Headingley. The room was clean and well furnished. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was OK but nothing too special. They did however prepare eggs to order which was nice if you don't like scrambled eggs.

This is the third hotel I have stayed in in Leeds and so far it is my favourite. It is in a convenient location for access to the student halls in Headingley. It is a small hotel and as such is more personal than any of the larger chains. Although the furnishings in the room I stayed in in the... More

Stayed one overnight while on a business trip to Leeds. Found the room and en suite to be very clean and tidy and although decor slightly old fashioned it was all in good state of repair. Bed very comfy however even in September found the room to be very warm, however a fan had been provided which did help. Ate... More

First impression as we drove into the parking facility which surrounds the Hotel is 'quaint'. The welcome that we received was excellent, very friendly staff overall which cannot be said about the Manager, which I will get to later. The bedroom was of ample size and very adequate for a family. The room was clean and accommodated to our every... More

Haley's has the look and feel of a comfortable Victorian home. Some of the furnishings need attention (holes in the arms of the comfy chairs, curtains that have come off the rails, middling water pressure in the shower) but these eem to add to the charm of a very welcoming, homely place. These staff are friendly and always helpful. The... More

we recently had a 3 night stay at this hotel because we wanted to combine watching an England one day match at Headingly with visiting relatives in Otley. The room we had was large and comfortable with a nice en suite with walk in shower and separate bath. All the staff were friendly and considering we were only 5 min... More

We booked this hotel as our son was getting married in Headingley. We also arranged for several other couples who were going to the wedding to stay as well. Our room was lovely, large, comfortable , with a big modern bathroom with nice toiletries and plenty of towels. As I was getting ready for the wedding I was especially pleased... More

Travelled with my husband and we stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting family in Headingley. Great room and staff very helpful. Breakfast was good although the dining room was very busy and we couldn't find a table for 2. The guy in charge was happy to offer us to sit in the other dining room at the side of reception... First visit but not the last. This is a comfortable hotel and very well located for Headingly. Situated up a cul de sac it is quiet and peaceful despite being a step or two away from the busy pubs and bars of Headingly. Breakfast was plentiful and tasted good. Coffee not as good as it might be but better than... More

Went for Sunday lunch, food was good and enjoyed very much. However hotel is tired and in need of a significant refresh. Ceiling over the bar has a hole from an obvious leak, decoration looks like while since it was done and I tet the impression this was once a nice hotel. Go for good food, don't expect amazing surroundings.
