Modern hotel in the outskirts of Vicenza, very quiet but only 10min drive to city-center. Well sized room and bathroom equipped with everything you need, including Nespresso machine. Generous walk-in wardrobe. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Also the restrictions because of Covid-19 have been carefully respected. Good choice of breakfast, which is served at the table. Beautiful pool area with a good quantity of sunbeds and umbrellas.

The rooms can be a bit dated and the service indifferent, but the restaurant is outstanding, a hidden gem for dinner (outstanding chef). Also note that the hotel is closing for renovations after being acquired by new management. Closure begins in March 2018 and reportedly will last 6 months.

I stayed here as it was a good location for a trade fair I was attending and a shuttle bus was available at good times. Hotel was warm and cosy as was the room I was in. Room was basic but shower is in need of changing as it drowns the whole bathroom the way its laid out, flat in the corner with a curtain around it, no dip for water to escape so it goes everywhere. Breakfast was good but restaurant lacks atmosphere is small and food not the best.

Overall a very nice hotel. Staff was OK, not overly friendly, but I did notice checkout was somewhat slow. I got lucky and had only 1 person in front of me, but when I was done, there were about 6 people in line. The room was fine, but small and beds were also small. Heating/AC didn't seem to do anything because mine always stayed round 24 when I set it to 22. The room is very quiet, which is no surprised considering its "out of town" location. There are a few shops and restaurants in a short walking distance (<10 min). The bathroom was nicer than the rest of the room. Seemed like they remodeled the bathrooms, but not the rooms. Gym was hard to find, but once I did, it was very big with several machines and other options. And it was nice and cool, which is good for a gym. Breakfast buffet was large with many options and tasty food. The location will be good if you need to be in the immediate area, but bad if you're looking for something to do around there. I think its very close to a golf course. Overall, I'd still be happy, but not excited, to stay there again.

Great modern rooms, good breakfast, acceptable gym, private parking. A bit out of the way location, no place to go without a car. Minibar prices are reasonable. Very friendly and efficient staff (have been so kind to accompany me to the room....)!!
