I stayed here when it was a Premier Inn and loved it. It's now changed to Goodnight Inn and is just as good. Very clean, comfortable rooms and staff very friendly and helpful. Great location for some beautiful places on the coast. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting that area.

On a busy main road but plenty of parking off road. The entrance to reception is at the rear and it was a former Premier Inn so many of the fixture and fittings you'd recognise from those. Really friendly receptionist and allocated a downstairs room. Good sized room with large bed, very comfortable. Usual tea and coffee making facilities. Good...

From checking in to checking out all the staff were friendly and more than helpful. Room clean and comfortable, plenty of choice for breakfast and cooked food served hot and no lengthy wait for it to be served, all in all excellent value for money and would definitely recommend it. Will most certainly stay again.

Have now stayed on several occasions and they also handled the catering for our relative's funeral. Lovely caring people. Great food and large comfortable beds. Good value. Lovely setting, beautiful North York moors close at hand and the sea not far away.

My husband and I stayed at the Cross keys for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food in the restaurant was exceptional and the summer special menu added more variety to an already varied array of dishes to choose from. Polly and Heather looked after us in the restaurant both evenings allowing us to feel welcome and valued....

A nice hotel. It's a wee bit rough as at the edges, but in a fair wear and tear basis rather than anything more. Some slight road noise, nice bar. Free WiFi. Good digs. Extensive car parking with cameras.

I visited as a family meal and found the food to be of poor quality and most things we tried to order were unavailable, the steak was poor quality and expensive and the main courses were all mediocre. I won't be visiting again. The waitress service was poor and when we complained there was no apology it was basically you...

We have stayed at the Cross Keys in the past when it was previously a part of the Premier Travel Inn brand. Apparently Good Night Inns purchased the property around two years ago. We love Premier Inns, as you always know what you are going to get, and you always know it wil be clean. The Good Night In room...
