The room was spotless and beautiful... the ensuite was massive and the bed was the comfiest bed I've slept in! The breakfast was to die...

Billy was the perfect host - extremely helpful, very accommodating of specific needs and cooked a great breakfast to boot! My husband and I stayed for two weeks last September (yes, I'm a little behind!) and were blessed with unusually pleasant weather. The pool felt like stepping into a bath, and was the icing in the cake. The dogs were...

This charming guesthouse is well situated in the heart of the village. Your welcome from Billy, the owner is guaranteed. The rooms are delightful, and well appointed, the main house where the guests stay is separated from the owners accommodation across the pool, in the pool house, consequently it is quite private. The breakfasts are excellent and served by Billy, in the dining...

We booked this B&B a few weeks ago as a base for the Liverpool Music Festival in Sefton Park. We had originally booked a B&B in Wavertree when I stumbled across this one on the web. We cancelled our original booking and booked this. We have stayed in many B&B's across the country and this has to be the best....

Warm welcome, clean room and bathroom. One of the nicest breakfasts I had in a long while, good quality ingredients. Parking was just off a side street and seems pretty secure. What more do I need to say?
