Nice quiet travelodge. Interesting views from the windows of the Mersey. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets very near by. Easy train commute into Liverpool. At the moment the carpark is free. Ticket machines were installed 6 months ago and haven't worked since. This makes commuting from this travelodge more viable. Long may it last!

Good comfortable clean hotel ideally suited for a visit to the theatre at New Brighton. Downside is that there is no restaurant within the hotel and for a fry-up for breakfast. We visited a local café that opened at 9.30 a.m. After the theatre many places had closed so getting a hot chocolate or a coffee relied on somewhere being open... We really enjoy staying at this Travel Lodge and have booked another stay in Jan. The Hotel is in a great location, the staff are lovely and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for an overnight stay and quiet too. Great value if you book early.

The New Brighton Travelodge is in a superb location. It is clean, comfortable and staffed with very helpful and welcoming staff. There are lots of places to eat nearby and there is even a multi-screen cinema on-site! Parking is free and there is an abundance of public transport on hand.

The freezing cold day was instantly changed by Laura at reception. Smiling, happy, organised, knowledgeable, sorted the parking swiftly, thank you. Ok, not the biggest room, but more than made up for by the view across the river. Room temperature perfect (Yes, perfect) So fabulously quiet, no taffic noise at all. Plenty of places to eat, and usual coffee places... More

Great view, clean and presentable. Perfect for an overnight stay, wouldn't want to do more than that. We were part of a larger group so would be better to have a lobby to meet in, other than that, everything else was good value.

Four if us stayed at Wallasey New Brighton for one night as a stopover for a concert at The Echo Arena. It was easy to find with a decent car park. It would've cost £6 for 24hrs, which isn't bad, but machine broken so parked for free. Hotel and rooms were clean and tidy and receptionist was really helpful. Quite... More

A colleague & I stayed at the Travelodge in Wallasey in Nov 2016 for one night. I have to say that, as expected, it was a pleasant place to stay, in a very central location and near the sea as well as many amenities. I would recommend it.

In a much better position than it looks - neighbouring the Light Cinema in a plaza of coffee shops and restaurants, overlooking Liverpool Bay with views of the City, amongst the friendly people of New Brighton/Wallasey. Cheap and cheerful Wetherspoons across the main road, Bright Modern Theatre for populat shows five minutes away, Morrisons around the corner. Walks on the... More

Stayed for one night for just £39 per room. Checkin quick and efficent room very clean and big enough for two. Tea and coffee making in room. Reception happy to supply more tea or coffee on request. Check out 12 noon. Great view of Liverpool from odd numbers on second floor good all round hotel at an excellent price.
