When we are in the area spending time with my sister we make several visits to The Hunter's Hall for lunch. The staff are always friendly and attentive, the meals tasty, well presented and sensibly priced. On a recent visit they were particularly busy and it took longer than usual for our meals to arrive. As a result we had... More

We stayed here 3 nights at the end of Aug for a family wedding at Matara. Our room was clean and comfy and served all our needs. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and were very impressed with the quality and price of our meals. Breakfast was lovely and served with a smile. If the opportunity arose... More

Nine 'worldly wise' gents came to this pre-booked destination after sampling the extra ordinary views of Cotswold Edge on foot. We are a walking group! The weather had been kind and was warm and sunny. Our reserved table was inside with a pleasant view of the well populated garden. All of us choose meals from the £4.99 set lunch Menu... More

Room was comfortable and clean with comfy bed. A bit warm though and we had to keep the window closed as the road outside was a little noisy. Dinner in the restaurant was very good, huge menu and reasonably priced. Tasty food, large portions. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend.

Popped in on the way back from a long bank holiday trip out and we were more than pleased with the quality. My husband had the hallow I salad which was lovely, my daughter had the pizza which was very child friendly and I had the sirloin steak which was superb. Probably the nicest and best cooked steak I've had.... More

A regular haunt for my parents in law, so we joined them for dinner. The venue is maze of room, after room after room with little hideaways, filled with a eclectic mixture of vintage tables and furniture including the odd bear 🐻, A really interesting building. There is also a lovely out door garden, with play area for the children.... More

We have been trying various places for a good Sunday roast and today we found it! It was perfect . I had very nice Scallops to start. Then lamb. It was great service, didnt wait long, great food with good variety on plate, hot and not a bad price. Thank you we will be back.
