Extremely value for money. The room and the bathroom are very clean and are out of my expectation at this rate. the bed is comfortable which gave me a sweet sleep. The staff are polite and helpful. I am sure will consider booking this hotel again, and the same chain hotel in my next trip.

We booked this Premier inn for a meet up of friends as we all travelled from different areas and this seemed to be a mid way point. Booking early gave us the cheaper rates. All four rooms were really good with plenty of space, comfortable and very clean. The staff were really helpful and we all had a good 2...

Would not recommend, location not great, rooms distinctly average. Connected pub, poor service and attitude, poor food and cleanliness, and in need of an overhaul of staff training in the pub. The property looks dated and in need of a complete overhaul.

Stayed over to enable me to shop in Bristol after travelling back from NEC. The room was well appointed and clean and the reception staff efficient. Location was good for my requirements and not far off M5. Unfortunately the hotel was let down by the attached restaurant which was understaffed and was left waiting 3/4 hour for a drink.

The location in Bristol was ideal for family members who were travelling from North Wales,Portsmouth and Plymouth. Service in the restaurant was slow due to staff shortage (they are recruiting now!) but the Meals were great and our rooms were excellent.

I had a room booked for two nights as I had some business in the area. I booked into my room at 20:30 so gave plenty of time to prepare the room. On entering the room the first sight was a small towel screed up on the side by the mirror, closing the door behind me I moved fully into...

Touring party of 11, arrived middle of the night... as we do. Only Izzy on reception but she welcomed us warmly, found us somewhere to sit for a while to unwind, and sorted out an issue with one of the rooms within minutes. Gave helpful advice on the local area and hotel facilities. Made the stay great for some very...

Arrived at Premier Inn Alveston at quarter past 8 on a Friday night after a five hour drive from Newcastle. Signage for the hotel was clear, even in the dark, and parking was a doddle. We were greeted by a lovely Scotland gentleman on reception and were instantly made to feel welcome. Our room was to the expected premier inn...
