Booked for 1 night 25th October. Have stayed in many places, and this is certainly one I would use again. The owners are warm and friendly ( without being overpowering) .The room was spotlessly clean, warm and well appointed, with all tea/coffee facilities available in the room. Breakfast was first class. Superb value for money, would highly recommend this guest house.

Stayed here twice now and had dinner on arrival. The owners are lovely people and always get a lovely warm welcome. Rooms are clean and comfortable and Denise cannot do enough for you. The dinner was lovely and did not finish mine as hubby's fish was to good not to share. Could have been a bit quicker arriving however, as... More

Hello both of you, thank you for the lovely review its greatly appreciated. We are pleased you enjoyed your food (as is the cook) as you quite rightly say it is cooked fresh to order and we think that is the way it should be. Can't think why Yoda is turning his nose up at the treats we give him,... More

Hello Ann Do they still produce Smash? I wouldn't know and would have to bow to your superior knowledge on that one. Joking aside, I have checked my booking diary and the party of your name we have had booked in for food in recent weeks was booked for 8.15 not 7.00 pm and you are more than welcome to... More

Visited here a few times with family and the food has always been consistently good. The staff are very friendly and it's a cosy well run establishment. The only thing that I can't get over with this venue is that I always feel like I'm sat in someones living room having my tea rather than in a restaurant (which I... More
