Beck Hall is in an amazing location! We arrived after dark & it was all lit up with fairy lights. We walked over the little stone bridge across the beck to the hotel & it was magical. It's a beautiful building, full of character & original features. Our room was quite compact but still very nice, with everything we needed....

We stayed at Beck Hall Hotel just after new tear and it was a perfect antidote to the excesses of Christmas. The hotel is beautiful and quaint with all the cosines you could ask for. We were welcomed by a raring real fire where we sat and had a glass of local ale (the hotel operates an honesty box system)....

This was our 5th visit and we continue to love it and can't wait to go back in the spring. We didn't recognise any of the staff from our previous visit but all were extremely helpful and attentive, especially the lady at breakfast. We stayed in room 7 for the the first time as the usual room we like was...

We stayed for 1 night. We had 1 double room and 1 twin room. Disliked dogs being in the resturant there were 5 dogs whilst we ate our meal. More than happy for dogs to be welcome but not in food areas and should also be on a lead in all areas. Room cosy although we requested a large room...

Our family (6 of us) stayed here for the New Year weekend and we weren't disappointed. We took our 2 dogs and were made very welcome by the helpful and friendly staff. This hotel is totally dog friendly, We've never stayed any where that welcomes dogs as much. The old, cosy building is full of character and quite quirky in...

Stayed here for 3 nights before Christmas; was a return visit a year on. Have to say that this is one of those places where the combination of location, amenities and fantastic staff combine beautifully to create a thoroughly welcoming and friendly experience. Stayed in a deluxe room (more room for 2 dogs than the standard rooms which can feel...

Brilliant few days at beck hall. To say this hotel is dog friendly is an understatement. Dog biscuits on tap, they are allowed in the restaurant and are made a fuss of. All staff (special mention to Tim, Linda, Jordan and Becky) are so friendly as were the guests. We had a fantastic New Years weekend. We will be back.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights with our dogs Jasper and Bodey. The welcoming was lovely, and all the staff couldn't do enough for you. We stayed dinner, bed and breakfast, and the food was lovely. The dinner menu has a great choice, and the chocolate brownie was fab. The room was great, clean and lovely comfy...
