We stayed at the inn for 1 night only . It is situated in the very scenic part of north Yorkshire. The Inn is very tired looking inside but our room had a very nice bathroom . We had a problem with the central heating which made a constant noise of running water all night and when we told the...

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights as we wanted to go to the Yorkshire Dales on a walking holiday. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious and a very good portion size, however it is slightly expensive, especially for drinks! The location is absolutely perfect and has stunning views all around!...

We stayed here last week. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed. We ate in the restaurant as we preferred the menu to a neighbouring pub. The rabbit pie was delicious as was the trout, all locally caught. Great breakfast as well. Definitely recommend The Buck.

The best pub food I can remember ever having. I had the giant Yorkshire pudding with mash and sausage which is pictured. It tasted as well as it looked. All of the staff were very polite and ever so slightly quirky. Will be back very soon.

We had a 60 th birthday to celebrate and our friend chose The Buck Inn as a venue to stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and were an aid to great sleep and relaxation during our walking weekend, taking in Malham Cove, Malham Tarn and Gorsdale Scar. The food and ales were superb. Proper pub grub portions and great value...

We have visited this pub over the last 10 years many times staying in the rooms serveral times but not for the last few years since Julie was the owner. This last visit we were staggered by the increase in prices of their drinks. £3.20 for a 220ml bottle of Becks blue NON ALCOHOLIC lager is the highest price we...

We visited the Buck Inn whilst on a 'girls' weekend away to Malham.. The landlord and landlady were extremely welcoming and friendly, as were the locals.
