The hosts, Graham and Maria, were so friendly, the rooms beautiful and the food…just amazing! Cannot recommend the stay here highly enough! We were a group of 6 travellers and were very well looked after.

Fantastic hotel, staff are so polite and helpful, rooms clean and spacious and the food was amazing, breakfast was cooked dry up and continental and themed evening meals everyday. Everything homemade and the chef does a terrific job with it all. Have already booked to go back with my children next year..

I am giving this 4/5 due to the value for money. We were on a crystal holiday and it was very cheap. The hotel was basic but ok. Food was edible but limited for vegetarians. The hotel location as pointed out is in Erts NOT Arinsal so rather inconvenient. The staff were generally pleasant although management a little aloof. Hotel room was clean but bathroom tired and a bit grim. Bad smell from sink, disgusting toilet brush, mildew on tiles and dirt behind pipes. As I said my rating is based on value for money.

Room Tip: This isn’t Arinsal so buses are needed and they are unreliable

I had a great stay at this hotel. It's lovely and clean. My room (203) overlooked the stream and I enjoyed the noise of the water. Plenty of hot water. Good wifi. I am picky but I really appreciated the food. The selection was good and well prepared. The staff were very friendly and helpful. An excellent holiday, thank you.

Another lovely stay at the Hotel Palatine. The conditions on the slopes were not the best but the excellent food and warm welcome, excellent hospitality from Graham, Maria and the team certainly made up for it. See you all again soon

Visited this hotel with my family for a ski trip and it was super lovely! The hospitality was amazing the room was great and the food was oh so delicious! The owners, Graham and Maria, and the staff were all super friendly and we ended up having some very lovely chats with them. Any time you speak with a staff member you’re always met with a lovely warm smile and friendly feelings. It came up that they were having a party for their son whose birthday they hadn’t been able to celebrate for many years. The party was really nicely decorated and they were playing music which did not bother us in our room. There’s buses that run up to the slopes from the hotel and there’s a bus that can take you into the town of Arinsal as well which has a lovely shopping centre. It was a great holiday and I will definitely be coming back!

This was my first time visiting Andorra and I could not have picked a better hotel to stay at. I understand that the owners' son was celebrating his 21st birthday with some friends which made the vibe at the hotel in the evenings a lovely place to be. Josh (the owners son) was talkative and made our group feel extremely welcome even though he was there with friends. The staff were attentive to any request and the food was delicious (catering to both muslims/non muslims). The room in which we stayed in was beautiful with a lovely view overlooking the stream. The beds were made perfectly everyday as well as the bathroom being cleaned. The hotel is located opposite a bus stop which made travelling into the town centre or up towards the slopes extremely easy. I would recommend Hotel Palarine to anyone visiting Andorra and I will definitely be returning!

This hotel deserves more than a 1/5 rating but from the experience I had here it justifies the 1*. Not a great location at the bottom of resort but I could get over that as the ski bus and (L5 local bus) serves the hotel well. My main issue was that the hotel owners decided to have a private function in the bar for their son's 21st birthday. I am absolutely fine with people having a good time in the bar in the evening till a late hour but they were playing heavy bass and dance music all night till just after 3am. Playing gangnam style at 3am on a Tuesday night Is ridiculous. It was absolutely outrageous that they did this and just shows that they didn't care about their guests at all. Dozens of guests were furious and complained to the crystal rep but unfortunately there was little she could do other than apologize. Avoid room 112 as when we stated in there, the kitchen extraction exhaust is just underneath the windows and fills the room with chip oil twice a day. Other than those 2 major issues the hotel is pleasant to stay in and for many people would have a nice time but for us it was ruined and will never be going back. Food was good quality but little or no choice for vegetarians.

My son and I just returned from a weeks stay at the Palarine. The place is an absolute gem! Food is simply amazing, bar area friendly with plenty of drinks to choose from and live sport in the excellent TV’s. The rooms are warm, functional with very comfy beds, and whilst the bathrooms are a little dated, the shower is powerful and always lots of hot water! All you need on a Ski holiday. Graham and his team certainly go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a fantastic stay! Well done and thank you team Palarine, we will be back. Mike & Brad 👍

Once again Hotel Palarine has surpassed itself. Graham, Maria and all the team never fail to make our stay something to remember always. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, the food is always beyond amazing and the hospitality, friendliness, helpfulness and just overall warmth and welcome is the reason we will never go anywhere else. You really couldn’t ask for anything better.
