This is by far the worst hotel experience I have had with a "high rated" hotel on Tripadvisor. The hotel is very run down and ugly. Lights in the hallway were broken/flickering. One of our rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, no matter how long we kept the window open. There was no shower holder in either room. The breakfast was minimalistic and not worth the price. The staff was nice though.

My room was hot as a sauna , i'm not joking they did offer me a fan which did help out quite a bit. it was a small tiny room that enabled me to sleep. just not what i expected though, i thought i was back in some third world country staying here. i lasted one night maybe 2 but then moved on to something better.

The room was a basic twin, the ensuite shower room was new and very clean , plenty of hot water .Breakfast excellent .Very pleasant family owned hotel, inexpensive , bedroom small with TV , .I would definitely stay again if I was in the area .I noticed many single business people staying there and a few older couples .We were there for 2 nights visiting friends

Looking for an hotel situated between Paris and Disney, we came across this one. Ideally situated for those arriving by car, which can be parked safely in the basement of the hotel. From the RER station at may be 15 minutes walking distance downtown Paris is easily reached. The hotel is basic, clean, and kept in a very pleasant atmosphere. Very recommendable for those looking for an affordable, easy-going place east of Paris.

This was our first stay at this hotel, but it certainly won't be our last. We stayed here in October 2011 and chose it because of the location which best suited our requirements and we were not disappointed as it was central for everything that we wanted to do. It was in a nice quiet street with secure garage facilities attached to the hotel and provided a lift from here to our room, so we did not have to carry our suitcases at all, what a bonus. The hotel was a small family run hotel which made it friendly and treated you as an individual and not "just another hotel guest or number". It was welcoming, very clean with excellent bedrooms, facilities, and all night entry as there was a key pad and member of staff to let you in. The staff were extremely helpfull, which included telling you where the best places to eat locally were. We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone, whether they are staying on buisness or pleasure.
