The people are fantastic and so helpful. The food at the restaurant was decent. The rooms were just really outdated and we had to keep smashing bugs. Getting to the hotel takes an extra 30 minutes from la fortuna and the road is awful so beware! The pool was great and it was so gorgeous to see the stars at...

The reception staff were so helpful, especially Anna. The pool is amazing and heated which is just as well as it rained the whole time I was there! But I could swim and look at the amazing views. The rooms are very basic but clean. As a veggie there was nothing on the menu that suited me but the catering...

This was a nice hotel with very friendly staff but it's a 30 minute drive of dodging pot holes all the way once you turn off the highway. Our view of the Arenal volcano was great onvlear days. I always seem to come during the Rainey season.

This hotel could easily be 5 stars as it stands out for: + great location; + breathtaking view; + good restaurant; + pool with hot tube; But there is some disconnect between look and feel: - rooms are big, but not accommodating and not furnished enough. We had room for 4 and there was only 1 small closet, 1 chair,...

We stayed here to celebrate my significant others 30th birthday. The staff was great, food was amazing. Good services such as laundry. The views are amazing. One of the best views in Costa Rica of the arenal volcano. Nice pool and hot tub. Rooms are decent. The hotel could use a little bit more maintenance, which is why I didn't...
