We Visited here October 2021. In a positive sense I need to say the staff are very friendly and polite, they work very long hours. Unfortunately though the all inclusive aspect is shocking worst I’ve ever been on, the alcohol is very limited self service beer, cheap horrible wine during the day only! In the evening your choice is watered down ouzo, brandy, red vodka?! And Raki all was not nice to taste at all. So I thought I’d choose to drink coffee but there is only a machine that is switched off by 11pm not to be switched back on until breakfast next day, I enjoy a coffee if I wake during the night and earlier in the morning in fact I’d rather have a kettle in my room to make and choose when to have a brew this hotel does not provide this basic need. In addition I’d like to mention that there is a daily charge if you want to purchase the remote control for the air conditioning again a basic need not being met. The food is repetitive and very basic The is freezing. I hate to be negative but I think people should be aware before they book here. The cleanliness of our room was very good

Dear Mrs Layla Parkes, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback and for you kind words about our staff members. I would like to take the time to reply to your comments because it could leave a really wrong impression about the hotel. First of all, we were really surprised that you wrote this review before you even checked out from the hotel, and you even wrote two negative reviews (you and your husband with the same complaints ). Writing that the reviews are false in our profile is defamation, with no evidence at all! All the reviews are from our guests (positive and negative) and we are the ones to know.So it would really be appreciated to remove the title that you wrote. Second of all, it is really crucial before you book your stay with us , to read carefully what the hotel offers and what not on the website. For example, the kettle in the room that you wanted to have because you prefer to drink tea or coffee at midnight, or the extra charge for the A/C. All the travel agencies that we work with, know in detail what we offer (regarding the amenities ) and the extra charges. Finally, when it comes to our all inclusive bases, the beer , the wines and soft drinks are available until 11 pm, and from 7 pm until 11 pm we have ouzo, raki, brandy and red vodka ( with rasberry). These are simply rules that every guest follow, because the all inclusive is not for 24 hours. It is also really important not to forget that you booked a double ECONOMY room in a three star category hotel in October ,and you were upgraded to a double standard room. We always try our best to meet our guest's expectations and to deliver the best service possible, and we appreciate the constructive feedback! Kind Regards,

I've recently stayed here for 10 days. I'm a solo traveller. My room over looked the pool and was very spacious. It was spotlessly clean and cleaned daily around the hotel was also clean and tidy. I found something to eat every meal time and enjoyed my meals. I also chose to eat out which I found quite reasonable in price and hotel ideal spot to walk to shops and restaurants and the beach. The staff were lovely and friendly and I was made to feel welcomed right from arriving in the early hours of the morning. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday and I would return to stay here and this area.i also felt it was good for been covid safe and I felt safe and comfortable

Stayed here as a bargain break last October and as the prices were still reasonable booked again. Had a great room as a returning guest 702. Rooms clean if somewhat basic and a lovely refurbished bathroom. Food good. Not massive selection but can always find something. Drinks terrible for an all inclusive apart from the beer and this year it was self service on all drinks. Only spirits are red vodka. Ouzo. Brandy. Raki. Staff friendly. Pool is fab but does need a good clean around the edges. Dining area very basic and could do with updating along with the communal areas. Would I stay here again. Yes. You get good value for money and more importantly can always get a sunbed at any time of the day!!!
