... was nice and pleasant cause the hotel is located off the main road, but still very close to it and to the beach. All you need is just few minutes away on foot and there's a pool in the yard if you don't want to go anywhere. The rooms are cleaned every two days so all the best words go to cleaning ladies and to Pinelopi girl who is a manager of the hotel. She's always there if you need a piece of advice where to go or how to go there so it's like you're at home. Biljana

It's a small hotel. very quite place. perfect location because you are close to the beach and to the shops. Pinelopi is an amazing young and beautifull girl who try to make you feel like you are home. She gives nice information. She is the best , Of course I will come back!!!

This hotel is truly unique because if its manager, super kind and helpful with her guests. The rooms are very quiet and fully equipped, also some of them brand-new, congratulations to them for such an achievement! Great job!!

We had a perfect vacation and big contribution goes to Pinelopi and her staff.She is so professional and helpful-she gave us a lot of information about island and places that we need to visit and how to get there,also different information's about restaurant's,rent a car agencies,shops,bus lines and everything else important for good vacation.Another very important thing is accomodation. Apartments are nice,comfortable and clean with beautyfull balcony's. Hotel is not located at main street,far a way from noise but still very close to shop's, bakery store,bar's,restaurant's and 200m of the beach. Thank you Pinelopi for everything!

This was the first time we've been on vacation with just the two of us. We arrived at Pinelopi Hotel and there she was, waiting for us, Pinelopi! We got an upgrade because the hotel was just renovated, it was perfect. Everything was super clean and held clean as the room was cleaned everyday. Pinelopi is always available for any kind of questions or troubles. You can't really get better service then this. Pinelopi Hotel is located a little out of the city (about 10-15 minutes with bus/car) but with a street full of little shops, restaurants, supermarket. Actually everything you need. The city in Rethymon is worth the visit though. We love how nice the people are compared to what we've used to at our home country. This made it a little hard for us to leave, but we've made a promise.... We will definitely be back next year! Pinelopi Hotel is for us, the best place to stay & should/will be at the top-hotels if you want to have an excellent vacation. Thanks Pinelopi for the great experience & see you next year!…

We had a very very lovely time at Pinelopi! The service and hospitality was everything we could ask for, our apartment was very clean and looked lovely! (Pinelope is one of the kindest people we have ever met <3) Everything around there is at a walking distance...( supermarket, breakfast, diners, the beach. If you are looking for a warm welcome and place to stay, you should definitely book here! We are definitely coming back next year! <3 (10/10)
