My husband and I spent a very enjoyable few days here. We enjoyed the food, the setting and the proximity to both the orang utan and sun bear centres (walking distance). There is a forest trail around the property which takes you into the jungle where we saw a wide variety of plants and some interesting insects and some deer....

I stayed 2 nights in the dorm beds (about 50 ringgits, including a pretty good breakfast!) - it's great value, especially compared to the pricier rooms and bungalows. It's walking distance (or cheap taxi ride) to most of the attractions in Sepilok. There's relatively fast wi-fi available in the restaurant area. The restaurant is really really good - have the...

We stayed for 2 days, most of which was spent on traveling. When we arrived there was a crowd so that we had to register and go out for sightseeing. On our return we found that the luggage was kept in our cottage. The wooden cottage is quite picturesque. And with the trees and shrubs the place is worth staying....

We stayed here two nights and were really pleased with the accommodation and proximity to the Sepilok Orang Utans / Sun Bears. The cabin we stayed in was very clean and it had a/c. It was perfect for the two nights we stayed. The restaurant for dinner is amazing! The food was the best I've had in Malaysia, and I...

Perfect place to stay on the edge of the rain forest. Walking distance to the orangutans, RDC and sunbears. Lots of wildlife on premises. Staff was extremely friendly and spoke English well. Beds were very comfortable and air con worked well. Food was good too.

Nice clean rooms. We loved the quirky water runs on the bathroom taps :) Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Its a quiet resort so you can count on a good nights rest. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant is a little overpriced and underwhelming so most nights we ate up the road at the...

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, and the setting was amazing. The only minor complaints were no fridge in any of the rooms to keep water cold (even superior rooms) and the food, although tasty, was not great value and the portion sizes were small. Overall, very nice and definitely worth a visit.

This place was so hit and miss it's hard to review. Some staff were outstanding, others were rude, loud, and downright disrespectful. It's a good 15 minutes walk to the orangutan centre/sun bears but once you've been to those (highly recommended - they really are excellent) attractions, there is literally nothing else to do. The resort has no facilities and...

The resort itself is in a great location for the Sepilok orangutan rehabilitation centre and sun bear sanctuary (both right next to each other and a five minute walk from the resort) and has a nice little pool for cooling off after a day in the humid heat. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere (can only get wifi here but...

Located in the ideal location for young travellers. Peaceful surroundings and lovely chalets. We booked a twin room and were upgraded to a chalet free of charge. Chalet included an indoor shower, outdoor shower, balcony and 2 comfy beds. Standard breakfast included (nothing fancy) but a decent meal from the restaurant . I would highly recommend staying here.
