Stayed for a night but hope to come back. Comfortable room but they are all different and at least one has a four poster! Interesting history well catalogued. Breakfast was good and nice atmosphere. We had dinner there in the restaurant and really enjoyed it. And of course it is literally four minutes from Stonehenge so you can get an... More

We were attracted to Rolleston Manor because of its proximity to Stonehenge but it turned out that this was only one of the many great features of this country house / B & B. We stayed in a beautifully spacious room with elegant furnishings and a lovely view out to the pretty garden and surrounding countryside. The modern bathroom was... More

Wow. Hands down the best B&B I've stayed in to date (and that's saying a lot). The staff was excellent, the food was beyond expectation (you MUST have the goat's cheese salad with puff pastry), the rooms were beautiful, the scenery was out of a fairy tale - we will definitely DEFINITELY return for a longer stay. Sorry to be... More

This is the second time we have stayed here and it will not be the last. Very conveniently located for Salisbury, Stonehenge and Avebury, the Hotel is an old Manor House with a lovely garden and period features inside. The room which we had was on the ground floor, was very well equipped and comfortable. There is a walk-in shower,... More

Included breakfast which was specially made. Noisy creaky floors were expected and as Colonel room is at top of main stairs we knew when people were passing but this didn't impact on the stay, as only a small number of guests?

We stayed here because it's so close to Stonehenge. The house itself is gorgeous, and very atmospheric - even down to the stuffed bustard in the lounge! The bar is impressively well stocked, and there is plenty of information available on Stonehenge, including guide books in a range of languages, which is a thoughtful touch. The Lady Harriet room is... More

We had dinner in this lovely location. Service was excellent and the welcome by the owners was warm and very helpful. Food was very good as was the menu choices. Highly recommended. This is an old but beautifully restored manor house set in the Wiltshire countryside that provides high quality B&B and meals.

We only came for a night but it was a fabulous experience. The Manor was beautiful inside and the gardens lovely. The staff were amazing and our room was lovely. Breakfast next day was out of this world. We certainly intend to return again in Autumn. 10 our 10 .

A beautiful old manor. 950 years old. Plenty to look at around the manor on the walls - a history in pictures. The rooms are named after the previous owners - The Colonel. Mrs Smth etc. Rooms very comfortable and large. This is an old house and creaks on the stairs and floor in places. This adds to your stay.... More
