A great stay at a lovely guest house, David and Lizzy were great hosts, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the en-suite showroom had plenty of room and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was superb. Information on things to do places to visit were readily available. There was a good leaflet on local pubs and restaurants with directions...

We stayed at the Newton Farmhouse for one night last minute and could not be happier with our choice of accommodation! The room was absolutely immaculate, with lots of lovely added details, like dominos, bubble bath and fresh daffodils on the windowsill. Lizzie and David were very welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked...

My boyfriend and I stayed over for one night in February. David and Lizzie were very friendly and brilliant hosts. We were given maps and a guide to the local area, which were very helpful and meant we found great pubs, restaurants and walks. Breakfast was brilliant - would definitely stay again. The three dogs - Poppy, Twiggy and Mac...

We stayed in the four poster room and it was just perfect. The bed was big and comfy, the room was massive. A big comfy...
