I was extremely pleased with the welcome the friendliness, all the receptionists staff
I had a problem with the air con on the 1st night and the next morning I was upgraded to a nicer room looking out over the sea
I would
Most definitely book to stay on this hotel again

It’s definitely less then a 4* hotel. Clean and tidy rooms, pretty specious balconies.
The food wasn’t as good as I thought it would be, but it was ok.
The bartenders Alexandra and Spyros at the pool bar made you feel welcome and where friendly all the time.
A must do is Gemini hotel is try Alexandra’s Mojito 👌🏻 they where on point.
Room service 👏🏻👏🏻
Not far from the beach, tho the sunbeds at the beach aren’t for free, and by the pool is really impossible to get one😅 unless you want to wake up at 7am and “reserve” one…

We stayed at this hotel for 1 week in Sept 2021 having booked through Thomas Cook. I had originally chosen an alternative hotel. However changed to this one snd paid extra as it advertised an entertainment program.
The hotel itself is in a gorgeous location, it was exceptionally clean, the food was standard all inclusive food, some says good some days a little questionable (desserts were particularly good). As far as the drink, we are sure the beer was non alcoholic. The spirits were given in large measures however they were only served in a small cheap plastic cup, when I asked for a larger plastic cup with more lemonade I was told it was mot allowed. Also please note cocktails are not included on all inclusive. As for snacks during the day, there were non, thankfully there is a lovely supermarket 100yds away.
The pool is nice but too small for the size of the hotel, thankfully the beautiful beach is 200yds away and you can spend the day there.
My main issue is the entertainment programme, when we,arrived it became clear this was not for English. After speaking to the lovely Luky he explained he was employed by a czechezlovakian company who had bought most of the hotel, he did try to include us in the daily games however it was a little difficult due to language barrier.
As for nighttime there was no entertainment whatsoever, not even music. This was very disappointing.
Basically if you get a cheap deal this is a nice base to spend time in this beautiful country, but don't be expecting too much.
Messonghi is a lovely area, nice bars and the sea is amazing.

My first review, after being at the hotel for the first 2 days was going to be one star, but with the help of the marvellous Christina on reception I can now give a completely different review. Firstly the bad points, from my experience...some of the rooms are tiny...we were there for 17 nights, and when you cannot physically get more than one person in the bathroom at a time it became immediately apparent that this was not going to work for a long stay. There was also literally no water pressure at all, with little more than a dribble from the shower. Our air conditioning broke on the second afternoon and decided to pump hot air out instead! Christina was great though and arranged for an engineer to fix the aircon in the morning and lent us a fan for overnight. She also managed to arrange a larger room for day 5 onwards as she was aware of the length of time we were staying. Day three the pool had turned from blue to green and cloudy, but we were informed that they were aware of the issue and it would be resolved that day, and in all fairness it was. The pool area is not the largest but we spent all pf our days on the beach, so this wasn't an issue for us. The last slightly negative point is that there is virtually no hot water for showering in the morning, it is tepid at best,
Good points - there is a wide range of breakfast foods available, although I did manage to confuse a mini apple pie with a sausage roll and put baked beans over it :-) I cannot comment on the food for the rest of the day as we stayed B&B. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Hotel is clean, and towels and sheets changed on a regular basis. Would I stay again? Probably not, but I have stayed at other hotels in the area and had a better experience.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at! All the staff are lovely and are so easy to communicate with all have great English. Ivan, the entertainer, was brilliant formed a great bond with him and was more than happy to ensure all of his guests were happy and satisfied, he definitely made the atmosphere feel more homely. Will be sad to be leaving him. Defiantly will consider coming back next year. The hotel rooms were clean and come equipped with a kettle and hair dryer, cleaners were also so respectful and would always know I before asking if we wanted room service. Front of house were also always willing to answer any questions we had and never complained about anything!

Loved this hotel overall and cannot recommend enough :)

Overall our stay was fine and we’ve had a lovely time. We arrived and were told that we couldn’t have any dinner as the restaurant was closed at 9.30 pm- even though we had booked breakfast and dinner for our stay. There was absolutely no flexibility with this so if your plane and transfer gets you in later than 9.30pm you need to plan ahead. All the nearby restaurants were closed too!
Our first 2 rooms didn’t have working air conditioning but we did end up in a room the following day which had air conditioning which worked so that was good.
The pool isn’t big enough for the hotel but I got the impression that most people go to the beach anyway.
The internet only works in the reception area which may be an issue if you have teenage children. The food is satisfactory to good. The hotel is in a lovely part of Corfu so we enjoyed our stay mainly because of this.
The beach is lovely and there is a bar with sun beds as soon as you walk on which are free if you buy drinks from the bar. The food is delicious in there, as were other meals we had whilst out and about.
There is a general feel in the hotel, mainly created by unsmiling staff working there which lets it down. The staff in the restaurant are particularly sullen. The staff on reception aren’t smiley but were helpful.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly awful experience. From the moment we arrived ! There was no WiFi, and none of the power sockets in my room worked. The kettle was broken, the flush was broken and the shower head was also damaged. To make matters worse, there was no shower curtain, which is a major safety issue due to the wet floors.

The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, with only one person at reception able to speak English. The TV in my room was hanging off the wall with wires exposed, creating a hazardous environment. If you want to iron your clothes, there is only one iron available for the entire hotel, and they chase you to return it immediately.

When I asked to speak to the manager to complain about these issues and the lack of technical support for the WiFi, I was told that they were too busy to speak with me. I have traveled extensively and have never encountered such a poorly managed hotel. Avoid this place at all costs!

Really briefly.
There is no hot water in the shower in the morning, the air conditioner does not work properly and even after I asked for it to be fixed it stopped working, the air conditioner is connected to the balcony door and as soon as you open the door it stops working.
Did not change bedding after I asked because the bedding was dirty, they told me that only once every two days change !!
There are spiders in every corner of the hotel and in the room, at the reception in the hotel there is only one girl who knows English and everyone else did not understand what I was talking about and it was very difficult to deal with them.
Breakfast is fine, not beyond.
Overall a bad experience, I will not go back there.

Dear Matan, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused during your stay. At CNic Hotels we value our customers and strive for excellent service, your feedback provides us with the best possible tool for the continuous improvement of our quality and service. We would like to note that the AC has been installed with such a device in our efforts to become a more eco-friendly hotel, this is also related to the reason why the sheets are changed every two days. Nonetheless, if requested they are changed more frequently and we apologise if this did not occur. I had such an amazing stay at Gemini Hotel. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming from the moment we entered the hotel. They made an amazing atmosphere for us.

The facilities were excellent and the food was delicious (so many vegetarian options!).

I travelled with friends but the hotel is set up perfectly for families. There was always something fun arranged by the pool for both kids and adults. I hope to come back soon!!

Hotel was great. Our room was very clean and the staff were great. We had breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast was always great, dinner could be hit and miss depending on what you like but plenty of places local if needed so we had a mix of the hotel dinners and dining out. Very close to the beach and has a pool. Easy to get the buses from outside the hotel into the main town and other places around the island. Great if you want somewhere a bit quieter and then easy travel into busier parts whenever you like.
