Hotel Pantheon Hall, is central, right in the heart of Messonghi village, a resort well known, for retaining its charm and traditional Greek character, with nice fish taverns and restaurants along the sea side, relatively active at night with local bars and entertainment and relaxing during the day, enjoying the amazing views of the Ionian sea. The hotel , has been recently renovated, the rooms are now equipped with air condition, tv and fridge. There is also free wifi in all public areas plus possibility of wifi access in the rooms. The hotel has been working for the past two years on all inclusive basis, and although it is a small size hotel, we manage to provide clients with a different service compared to large all inclusive resorts, a more private and friendly atmosphere, where no more than 100 people are gathered together enjoying the hospitality and the amazing events, that take place almost every night at the hotel pool bar area. Pantheon has two outside bars one of which is the all inclusive bar opening from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm and the Oasis bar which is open to public outside the hotel and offers unforgettable nights with parties and music to suit all ages. The restaurant and buffet area is open for early breakfast and throughout the day serving lunch buffet and evening dinner buffet with a nice range of Greek and international cuisine. Within the hotel you have an information service office with tips of how to make your holiday, one to remember and how to make your stay within the Pantheon hall, as more comfortable as possible. The hotel also provides facilities for staying in shape, with a mini keep fit gym, a nice play area for kids and for those who cannot switch off completely, a nice equipped business internet corner for conducting business, while away. If getting a nice color is in your priorities, we offer our clients an additional area to our outdoor swimming pool, a nice sun trap roof garden area, surrounded by breathtaking views. You will find special offers for early bookings, through a chain of travel companies, in most markets and also brilliant all inclusive offers throughout the summer. All clients are provided with free gift vouchers ( 100 euros ) to use around the island in more than 100 outlets in almost every corner of the island, ranging from all types of shops, restaurants, activities etc... making your holiday one of excellent value for money. Check the hotel website for additional info on offers, for when you arrive here and pick up the most suitable dates to book through our agents in your country. • Special offer for bikers (3 days free scooter hire) for all booking for April, May and October. • Special discounts on car hire, local trips and out and about activities. The Pantheon team is waiting for you, to make your holiday one to remember, meet us in person and join us on the journey to passion for fun and joy, throughout the summer season. Dirty hotel. The owner is allowing the hotel to rot. Do not stay here unless you like poo stained toilet brushes, mould on tiles, broken toilet lid, cupboard doors not shutting. Blood splatter on walls, patio door not opening or closing properly. Breakfast consisted of sliced ham, water melon and dried bread. People who are putting 5 stars are misleading

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel for almost 2 weeks and it was 2 weeks too long. It started with dark brown water coming out of shower in bathroom, room was full of ants (probably living in gaps in the walls), nobody cleaned the bathroom or would give us fresh towels or toilet paper for almost a week. Asked kindly for some help with ants they would come back to our room only to change bed sheets. Cleaner didn’t knock on door. Things they offered on website are just not true. Not to mention breakfast which was just really bad. Don’t get me wrong, we are not high maintenance people but it got our nerves after spending 1,5 hour cleaning our luggage and clothes from ants. On the last day just tired of complaining we were asked how was everything and why we stoped smiling to staff members...

The hotel is in a great location, just 100 meters from the beautiful beach. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel, so you can also visit other places and beaches in Corfu. The hotel staff is exceptional. They have always been available to us. Rooms are cleaned every day. All recommendations for this hotel and this destination. The highest marks for Mark from Serbia and a girl from Montenegro who work at the hotel, as well as for cook Katarina.

We stayed in Pantheon Hall Hotel, from 21st to 31st August 2018. Hotel have a very good location, 50 meters far away from the beach. We got a HB, for breakfast is a better choice of meals than for the dinner. While guests eating, lot of bees flying around the table, not so pleasant feeling.. The breakfast is finished at 10 o’clock and dinner start at 18:30, wrong schedule, breakfast should be finished later, dinner should start earlier.. For dinner guests do not have a water, water and drink can be order from neighboring cafe. The rooms are very small only for 2 persons, not suitable for 2 adults and children. If is additional bed in the room, do not have enough space.. We changed the room from sunny side with a see view, to the room in shadow side due to the huge heat on the 2nd floor, by Marko assistance. We would like to emphasize that Marko, who work at reception, was very kind to help us during our stay and greatly improved the impression of 2* hotel.

Just returned from a family (of 3) holiday. This hotel is in the perfect location for visiting a fabulous beach with very good priced sun beds, clear sea and a selection of tavernas. The hotel requires an update and our room was very small for 3 people - very small balcony, not suitable for 3 ( more like a windowsill). We did have a good view of the sea and hills. As we spent very little time in the hotel however this did not particularly cause us a problem. There was a certain amount of noise from neighbouring hotels in the evening which may have disturbed small children. Quality of breakfast variable, glad we didn’t choose the half board option. In summary, fantastic location but only worthy of 2 stars.

This hotel is located in lovely messonghi, fab for families. hotel is about 2 minute walk from beautiful beach, 3 minute walk from a fab supermarket which was open till 1am! Tons of local tavernas and eateries in vicinity. The hotel is a 2 star so bear that in mind as bathrooms and furnishings are basic and in need of replacement. You have to pay for a/c (5 euros a day) but is so worth it. They also like to keep your passports upon checkin to keep them safe - so don’t be alarmed! Food is authentic and local, not typical pizza burgers but you get fresh salads meats pasta rice etc, we liked it. They even have hot breakfast buffet with sausages eggs etc but no toast. It is a small hotel with use of a lovely pool, unlike nearby hotels - there is no onsite entertainment but we don’t like those things anyway so this suited us. The hotel has a onsite excursion booking office, we booked 3 trips - we would advise to not go on the paxos/antipaxos trip it’s appaling. A special mention to Marcus who was the most friendly attentive and genuinely kind member of staff, he made our stay great.

As per previous review we did not go for all inclusive package just B&B. The room and hotel facilities are okay for a 2 *. We spent most of the day on the beach and then came back to shower/change to go for evening meal at local Taverna's. The Hotel pool was quite large and always clean/warm, sun loungers always available. Staff were all very pleasant/helpful especially Billy at the adjacent Oasis bar. We did not pay 45 Euro's for Air con in room as we got used to hot temperatures in UK, but be aware that they recommend you set it no lower than 28 deg,C. Messonghi has beautiful beach and Taverna's and would use this Hotel again when visiting.

We‘re a group of friends who stayed here for a week self catered and had a great time. The short version: this hotel is an absolute bargain, perfectly clean, and located in a hidden gem of a town. IF you’re into all inclusive and hanging around the pool, maybe consider and alternative. If, like us, you like getting out, seeing the sights, sampling the local tavernas and beachfront bars, or just relaxing in the sunshine and swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Ionian sea, you’ll find it GREAT value for money. The rooms are of decent size (practically palatial compared to your average London double). Air conditioning costs extra, so we decided against it and opted to open the sliding door to let in fresh air at night. This brings up our only real discomfort I ran into: mosquitos! This isn’t the fault of the hotel of course, so I only mention it because I would recommend investing in some repellent spray if you want to avoid getting nibbled. The en-suite bathrooms are perfectly clean and functional with all the basics covered. Fair warning: we suspect the hot water is provided by solar panel, as such we sometimes lacked for hot water if we showered at night (didn’t happen in the day, hence our suspicion). It wasn’t as major a problem as you might think, it’s was actually quite refreshing after the heat of the day, though I imagine some may find it a bother. We soon found a good system by heading back to the hotel to take a shower in the afternoon just before dinner, that way we were guaranteed warm water and it meant we could go out to a bar after dinner and flop straight into bed when we got back. Breakfast was NOT as bad as all that. I ended up having Greek yogurt with honey for breakfast each day which suited me just fine. Honestly though, I would go self catered here. The hotel is surrounded by EXCELLENT local restaurants and tavernas (relaxed Greek eateries with a focus on outdoor dining), some of them with tables only yards from the serene blue sea. I don’t think any of our group experienced a single bad meal or rude server the entire week. Everything was fresh and most of it was local. Missing out on them would be a real shame. We didn’t spend much time at the bar either (sorry Billy). But instead went down to the beach front bars where we soon found our favourites (I’ll be leaving 5 stars for Booca Bar, they were our haunt all week). As for the neighbours, Pantheon Hall is next door (not very close but enough to notice) to a couple of larger “resort style” hotels. You can hear them playing lounge music in the day and can see their glowing lights and parties at night. The sound of the Abba medley from the Sentido Apollo down the road dies out at about 11pm, but it would be remiss of me not to mention their existence, and also, how glad I was that we weren’t staying at them. Lastly I want to touch on Messonghi as a location because I reckon you need to know. Commenting on Pantheon Hall’s location within the town feels pointless because Messonghi is TINY. Far from the vast hotel resort complexes elsewhere on Corfu, it feels like a time capsule from when it first opened its doors to tourists back in the 70s. It still attracts the same generation of golden years beach goers, one of whom told me that she’d been coming back for 30 years “for the peace and the beach”, and it’s easy to understand why. Messonghi is nestled in a picturesque bay, with the shade of the Greek mainland visible in the distance. Not untouched by tourism by any means but instead, the town feels “unglamourized”. Life is slow and peaceful. All the residents know each other, are friendly and most speak consummate English (a 5 star rating also goes to Captain Homer and his crew who, besides being excellent boat trip organisers, were always willing to give recommendations and information). And of course the beach, what we all come for, is narrow, pebbly and stunningly beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful time on a small budget. I’d wish the same for anyone.
