I think it's a true The Bunaken Village is the best hotel on the island but it happens becouse they don't have many opponents (this class). Resort is very nice, rooms are big and clean. The staff is friendly and they organise the best beach party! They are really good musicians! I miss them. Food is tasty but nothing special.... More

We have stayed here for a week. The scuba diving was amazing, we have made 14 incredibly relaxed wall drift dives. The coral was healthy and beautifull. There was no trash, when we were there. Do bot expect to see big fish however. The food was Great. You get three excellent buffet style meals. The staff was very nice. We... More

We've just returned from a week at The Village Bunaken, and can honestly say that this is the first holiday we've had where we haven't wanted to come home! From the moment we were met at the airport to the moment we were dropped off at the airport we were treated fantastically by Jochem, Angelina and their wonderful staff. The... More

Always uncertain when going back to a place after a few years, especially as taking partner who had heard so much about Sulawesi from my numerous previous dive trips from deep south Wakatobi to the north of Bangka - she had endured 4 weeks of at times tough travel and this was to be the ending chill. Well it hadn't... More

From other reviews, I am sure you are familiar with the owner and style of the place. I would like to highlight something that I wasn't aware or brought to my attention when I read through some of the reviews before my arrival at The Village Bunaken: 1.It is hot over there. I stayed at the Beachview cottage but it... More
