I'm sorry to have to leave a negative review because I had a really great time on this trip (thank to our guide) but the way we were treated at the end is inadmissible. I chose this company mainly because they offer return transport from Toronto in their private shuttle, which meant I didn't have to hire or borrow a... More

We went out at dawn for a 3-day trip into North Tea Lake (Northwest corner of the park) with experienced guide Trevor Page. We had arrived at dinner the night before and enjoyed a steak dinner with Trevor and some of his co-workers, who were all great. We did NOT stay at the Log Cabin, but instead at a bunkie,... More

Just ended a 5 day trip- 2 nights under canvas and 2 in the lodge. Totally fabulous experience. Great guides (MA, Cole, Sedrick, Mac), devine food (camping and lodge) and great experiences from making herbal tea, learning about bird calls, canoe tips and making international friends. Even my non camping, non swimming very hesitant husband enjoyed it!

My husband and I (both Canadians in our late 40's) took part in the three-day canoe trip in July 2016. As always, Algonquin Park offered spectacular beauty, and the Voyageur Quest program was solid. Reasonable equipment, good food, capable guiding. But the trip itself was not brilliantly thought-out, and required much more in the physical skills than is advertised in... More

Hi Kim Arnott, Thank you for taking the time to share your reflections on your Algonquin Park canoe trip with Voyageur Quest. I'm sorry this adventure was not what you were looking for. Our guided canoe trips are for active people who love to participate. Paddling and portaging is physical but for most , extremely satisfying. On windy days, canoeing... More

The Algonquin Log Cabin was the perfect setting for my son's wedding June 25. The day was perfect, the food was excellent, and we have many wonderful memories! I would not hesitate to recommend Voyageur Quest and their wonderful staff that made this wedding day a beautiful event.

My family had no prior experience canoeing but loves the outdoors. The Three-Day Log Cabin canoe trip was perfect for us, from my 65-year old parents to my 8-year old boy, everyone in our group of six enjoyed the trip. What I loved most about the trip was that everything was taken care of for you. You do not need... More

If you like the outdoors and adventure, but not the packing, organizing, cooking, cleaning, tenting, and clean-up that comes with it -- or you are married to such a person -- this is the trip for you. From the moment you settle in, it's good meals, good company, and as much adventure you can handle (be it the wooden sauna... More

Absolutely loved my time at the Algonquin Log Cabin! Hidden in the peaceful wilderness with a lakeside location, one immediately disconnects from a busy city life and listens to the call of the birds, frogs, loons, trees and water. Luxury to sit and unwind and be fed a delicious first class meal. Cannot recommend this beautiful log cabin enough for... More

I have had the pleasure of visiting the Algonquin Cottage Outposts many times. It always delivers unparalleled beauty and comfort and, as I looked to plan my wedding, I couldn't think of anywhere else I'd rather have the most important day of my life! The Voyageur Quest Staff have been incredibly accommodating as we work out the details of having... More

Visiting from England, we stayed in the Nahma at the cottage outpost, and it was the perfect way to unwind. The cottage itself is so cosy and the double bed is the most comfortable bed in the world, we slept so well! Algonquin park is the perfect place to take time to just breathe in nature at it's best. I... More
