We took a premium room for two nights and we're very satisfied with everything. Big room, clean, new, modern bathroom.. They give you towels and bathrobe and you are comfortable to walk around hotel in it so you don't have to change clothes at the pool (you are ready to swimm immediately). :)
Food was good, hotel is so well designed and big, I assumed smaller hotel but I was surprised it was not. Staff was very polite also.
Everything was great, we were very satisfied and we will definitely get some more weekends in this autumn/winter for relaxing there.

Hotel is very well designed, I like the concept, details, colours and the idea behind it. BUT, I think they should pay more care to the details. We had sockets hanging out of the wall (potentialy dangerous for our kid) in our room, holes in the bedding and complementary bathrobes. I don't think that should happen to a 4* hotel. Service was not bad (except the receptionist on our arrival who was obviously not in the mood that day). Food was also not bad (we had breakfast and dinner buffet) but nothing exceptional. Pools are ok but again, you could notice they don't really take care of the details. Also, the hotel lacks a place to spend your money at - the hotel bar was not open so if you want a drink you have to go to a bar across the road. To sum it up, during our stay, I've had a feeling like someone is just not taking care of anything like they should. Such a shame.

We stayed as a family (two adults, two children) at the Well Hotel and used their outdoor and indoor pools for the weekends of July and August 2020. Hotel Well was built a few years ago and is one of the freshly equipped hotels in continental Croatia. The stay in it was pleasant, and we enjoyed every opportunity offered. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Attention should be paid to the more varied menu offer for meals. As we were a weekend in July, and so was a weekend in August, the same day, the same meal, the same dish was offered. Personally, I have nothing against it, but one should pay attention to the diversity of the offer. The pools, outside and inside are neat and clean, there are a number of slides available, which are equally enjoyed by both adults and children. We will definitely be back.

Myself and my partner stayed for four days & the hotel is very nice. Clean and spacious. The food is repetitive.. breakfast- no toast, mostly egg dishes (egg every day gets boring). Lunch - same as dinner really … chicken /meats / cheeses/stir fried veg etc. It wasn’t awful but was repetitive. Two big complaints- staff hoovering from 8am every morning. No chance to relax and sleep in on our ‘wellness’ holiday. & being put in a room surrounded by unsupervised loud children.. again waking us up at 8am loud as hell in the corridors with no one around to supervise. We had a treatment which was a massage and this was very lovely. Staff in the spa are wonderful except we booked in the evening for the day after at 225 and then on arrival they told us the price had changed due to the month changing. Not sure why we weren’t told this at the time of booking.
Overall the stay wasn’t awful & I would visit again if the two complaints were sorted.

First, their prices have nothing to do with the service they offer. Overnight stay with breakfast for two adults and one child was 240eur. The hotel has remained in the Yugoslavian style, the rooms are awful (the old part), the carpets on the floor are dirty and full of stains, the remains of killed mosquitoes on the walls, the bed for a small child is uncomfortable. So it's a criminal place. The food is very bad, we were at lunch and the only thing worth it were fries. The staff is rude, we came earlier as they said we could and when the reception says go to the pools, I'll let you know to prepare towels for you. We come down, when she almost got ripped off at me that they didn't have any towels for us and almost told me I was lying. I go back to the reception and she gives me towels after I went up and down. The pools are full, for this money the pools should be open exclusively for hotel guests. To drink coffee in the hotel cafe, we waited 45 minutes for the waitress to come to us at all. The only positive thing is that the child was happy because of the slide in the pool. Certainly never again, overpriced and inflated price compared to the offer they have.

The rooms in no way correspond to a 4* hotel. I am afraid that they are putting Slevomat customers in another wing, which should be marked with a maximum of 3*. The room is extremely small for a family of 4, that could be managed, but there was no balcony and only very small bathroom, so no other way to hang wet bathing suits and towels. After 3 days, we didn't even have a single swimsuit dry. The food was disastrous, every lunch and dinner still the same 4 types of pasta and risotto, which they only rotated between the adults' and children's buffets. The mussels were old and so were some types of ham. When I asked at the reception for an extra bottle of water, saying that I would of course pay for it, I was sent to a gas station or a bar. In the bar, one Mohito cost €7 (the usual tax in tourist facilities), but there was not even a teaspoon of sugar in it and literally 2 mint leaves. From Friday to Sunday, the pools are unusable, the capacity was definitely exceeded many times over. What I appreciated is the equipment prepared for children, especially the lobby green soft zone and the net/tunnel system down the stairs. It is very sad, it could have been a wonderful holiday, the kids were very happy there, but we, parents suffered.

The hotel was fully booked and the spa area was full of people, some of them were very loud in a quiet and relaxing zone. In the room for massage there were cutted out pieces of carton boxes on the floor with the glue, obviously for mice. I couldn't believe my eyes, and also near the massage table was a box trap for mice too. I keep asking myself what would happen if the mouse got caught on the glue when I was on the table?! And at the end, the most challenging part of my relaxing weekend at Terme Tuhelj hotel Well (4 ****). My room facility was near the gaming room!!! So I listened to a group of guests hitting, screaming and loudly speaking until one o'clock in the morning. After one attempt to warn the receptionist at 23:30 that this is completely not ok for the guests to listen to this kind of noise, they told me that the gaming room is open until midnight. At 00:30 I called the receptionist again, then they sent security personnel and it was quiet for 20 minutes and started again. With my third attempt to reach the receptionist I wasn't polite and calm anymore. But then they locked and closed the gaming room. Can you imagine the four star hotel to put room facilities near the gaming room?! I was a regular guest of the hotel, mostly because they have really polite staff and a nice spa area, the biggest in Croatia. But I won't visit it again and I definitely do not recommend that someone spend a weekend there.

The new modern part of the hotel is nice, fortunately we had to pay for the better room because of two kids. But unfortunately, we were unlucky with the weather (in July, 20 and 23 degrees, cloudy and rainy). 130 euros per night with halfboard turned out to be a lot of money (although a smaller water park is included in the price). Example? Insufficient number of staff in the resturant, they couldn't keep up, food was missing - they had basketball camp with many teenagers there.

Very nice hotel, we spent few days in week there and had a really great time! We stayed in premium room and it was very clean and nice, the food was amazing!! Children enjoyed in play room and outdoor playgrounds, we only missed animation staff for children during week but it was at weekend. Water in swimming pools was very warm - excellent for kids! Suggestion to make a offer for renting bicicles. All other was perfect!
