We hold our lunches here with high profile speakers such as Boris Johnson and Andy Street. Yet again faultless service, helpful staff and despite some 240 people a really excellent lunch. The chef once again excelled himself. The best venue I have ever used. Thanks to Oliver the General Manager and all the staff. Great conference organisation by Sue and... More

We really enjoyed our weekend break here. Room two is rather special and we loved having a bubble bath in the room, the comfy sofa and plush decor, as well as the wonderful views of the grounds. Good quality bedlinen and towels, complimentary tea and coffee and soft drinks in the fridge all meant that we found it very luxurious... More

Our first experience was wonderful and on this visit the staff were equally as a accommodating with their attention to detail making our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble. We were lucky enough to stay in room two... WOW! The views... More

Stayed at Kesgrave Hall a few times but I think this will be my last time. The Good - Scenic location, with good parking - Restaurant (but I was told I could only eat if I book in advance, or order room service - not ideal if your schedule is fluid) - Room was nice, but the bathroom was a... More

I had a terrific meal here , not too formal. Excellent food and service. Lovely menus and wine list. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and must go back for the fish cake. In the summer the out side awning is wonderful. This is good on cooler evenings because there are plenty of patio heaters.

Everything was first class, the room, the bed, the food and the service. All staff most attentive in an unobtrusive way, particularly the young waiting staff who have been very well trained and are confident and friendly. It's the little things, like turning the teapot round so that it is correctly positioned for pouring, which show the attention to detail.... More

We arrived for our afternoon tea and was greeted by someone at reception, who gave us the menu and told us when we were ready to find a table and write our choice down on a note book. We choose our table, which really needed a good clean, we were then greeted by our waiter who had a very strong... More

As always there was a little wait before being seated but the service was second to none. The staff seem to get nicer each time I return. Today I had the Pinot Grigio with the special prawn cocktail. For once there were actually too many prawns! Cumberland sausage for main which was just right. Overall a great evening and I... More
