In brief the pools are lovely. The waiting staff are lovely and very helpful. The food is plentiful Loads of fresh salad and rices soup and breads oh and chips for breakfast!! Bit of a hit and miss if you are the fussy type though. There is also the Terrace bar that you can buy your food from and the guy is great. Entertainment on every night we are here so far is ok. Now I can only speak about the room we are in it’s a family room and to be fair it would give 1970’s Pontins rooms a good run for their money! The cleaning isn’t up to much. The floors were filthy we asked for them to be cleaned again. The plumbing is a bit dodgy. The toilet was broken however one call and they did come pretty quick to fix it. When you shower the bath fills up and you can smell the drains. The beds are solid ok if you’ve got a bad back I suppose. There is a games room which also needs an update too. What a shame. To let things get like this when it could be so lovely when there are teenagers on the resort. I know the people who work here probably work work very hard but I think the whole place needs a good lick of paint and a decent clean to make the rooms a bit more acceptable especially for the money that you pay to come here at this time of year. Would I come back here again? Probably not just because of the rooms. For the way the staff are and the sun and pools yes definitely because they are what make it bearable.

We visited here at the end of June. It was a fantastic holiday, we had grandparents, parents and 4 children aged 4,8,10& 13. There was lots to keep everyone entertained and the variety of swimming pools and slides there was plenty to do. There was a variety of food for everyone including my vegetarian son. Whilst there we visited the terrace restaurant. The food was amazing, fabulous views and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We will be returning next year :) x

I visited this hotel in May 2018 and had a wonderful time. Friendly staff and very clean. Plenty of bars, entertainment is good. The beach is good. You can get a nice English breakfast if you take a short walk out the front of the hotel..

2 of us had a really good time at this resort and had good service. A few language issues, but nothing that was a problem. Reasonable food selection and drinks. Great evenings looking at sea with a drink.

This resort has a special place in my heart. I came to this country just to stay at this resort. The room are still wonderful and well maintained. The view of the rooms are breath taking. The breakfast tastes great as always. The staff are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I came back to the resort to cool myself down from stress and feel refreshed, that is exactly what happened. For anyone looking for a great experience in Turkey, you should definitely have to try this out.

Just returned from a 2 week stay at Jasmin beach Alinclusive .Check in o k room was ok paid for hotel room. Food could be better, but did not go hungry.Staff all ok .Drinks are what you expect at A I Pools main pool ok but music very loud, panorama pool good Quite pool very good. Room was cleaned every day ,clean towels 12 days out off 14 days.Could not get any news in English on the tv.The spa man Emin was very nice, but the massage was not worth £30 pounds, also did not like Emin trying to sell you spa treatment when you are having your meals. The staff work very hard, and are always helpful The general manager was always making sure that the staff were doing there jobs, and he was always approachable. The beach could do with a good clean up,as it was a little dirty We did not see any entertainment, but from what we heard it was not much good and did not last long.To be fair this is not a four star hotel, but with a little inprovements it could be.Would we return not sure,PS try the upstairs restaurant you have to book, you can have one meal every seven days of your stay,it maks a nice change .
