Eftalia Splash Resort garners praise for its array of amenities, including well-maintained pools and engaging entertainment options, though guests suggest there's room for improvement in certain areas. The overall cleanliness receives commendations, yet some visitors cite occasional lapses in housekeeping. Room upgrades are popular among travelers seeking additional comfort, although there are mixed reviews regarding size and noise levels. While the atmosphere is generally regarded as friendly with lively evening shows, the value proposition is somewhat tarnished by extra charges that guests feel diminish their experience. Service quality at the resort shows variability, with accounts of both commendable assistance and disappointing encounters.

Arrived at the hotel only to be told there was no room and would be taken to another hotel . We stood our ground an said this is the hotel we booked and this is where we’re staying they then found us a room (4families so needed 4 rooms ).rooms cleaned every day pools are great slides are fun pool closed 10 minutes early one day as they said it was dirty we stayed for 14 days .food was what I expect from all inclusive there is something to eat everyday if I was a fussy eater I’d never book an all inclusive holiday anywhere. Shops are cheap and market is great . Hotel shop is double the price of the local shop for chocolates crisps drinks etc
You have to pay extra for cocktails ,orange juice and ice cream I’ve never seen that on an all inclusive before . All in all we enjoyed

I came here with my boyfriend and his family in August (2019) and we were there for 10 days. The service was excellent from the second we got there to the day we left. We arrived at the resort at 4:25 in the morning and we were offered a drink and were checked in within a couple of minutes. our room was lovely, it was a standard room, a double bed and two singles which is what we needed, fresh towels, a T.V, hairdryer and aircon (which was definitely needed in that heat) there was also a wardrobe so we weren't living out of the suitcase. The location was nice and quiet, and it was only a 2 minute walk to the mall and a little bar where you could watch the football, you could get to the beach in 2 different directions and both ways it was still only a 5 minute walk and it also had waterslides and was a private beach for those who were all inclusive. There were so many things there to enjoy I cant choose which was my favourite part but its probably the variety of different things that you can do. The on;y issue we had was the fridge in the bedroom, it was always warm and whenever we had fresh water put into our bedroom and put the water in the fridge over night it was still warm but it wasn't worth asking about as we were hardly in the bedroom.

Travelled in sept 2020 with my wife and 3 young daughters, we had originally booked to stay in the hotel itself, but on arrival found it to be a little unsafe for the little ones due to the balcony being wobbly and staying on the fourth floor I was worried my little ones could venture out alone as there was no way to lock the doors. We decided to visit the 24 hours burger bar on site and found it to be revolting, dry burgers and cold chips was the only thing on offer! The following morning i decided to pay extra and upgraded to the swim up duplex rooms. It was a wise decision the room was lovely and spacious a little dated but a heck of a lot better than the hotel room. The children couldn’t get enough of the swim up pool (shared with the other guests staying in adjacent rooms). There was plenty to do during the day for the children on the island which boasted kids and adult pools, the fried chicken bar was decent and also the waffles were fine. The food in the restaurant was average and my children didn’t really enjoy it. We went all inclusive and don’t think I would again as we tended to dine out more. Hired a scooter on the grounds and ventured out to a nearby fun fair which the children enjoyed. The beach was lovely and the weather gorgeous in the 30s all week. We also booked a taxi with reception and ventured into town for shopping and enjoyed my first halal Mc Donald’s 😛. All in all the trip was good but probably would stay at a better hotel next time round.

Worst hotel food I’ve ever experienced everything is served cold apart from the freshly made pizza. The chips are cold and soggy and there was just no real variety of food there was 6 of us at this hotel and we all struggled with the awful food and has to live on pizza .The maids do not clean the rooms like I have experienced at all other hotels they change sheets snd literally throw some clean towels in your rooms they do not wipe sides in bathroom and bedroom down or the glass balcony and doors down so they start to look grubby after a couple of days especially when you have kids. The walls are like paper so you can hear everything in rooms next door snd from outside. On a plus kids would not be bored with the slides and pools this is best thing about the hotel. No cocktails included in your all inclusive you have to pay 5 euros each but kamal who runs the cocktail Stand is lovely and very friendly. The bit of beach they have down by the island is awful and lots of junk down there we walked down and came straight back worst beach ever not the normal beautiful beaches you see in turkey. 3 lifts in the hole hotel which are constantly breaking down so nightmare if you have pushchairs or disability and need life access

This is my 4-th day at Eftalia... My whole family hate it. It is very dirty, crowdy where ever you go. The management did not expect to be fully booked and they lack staff. To get diner or lunch you have to wait more than half an hour. 3 meals repeat every day. If you do not get sunbeds early in the morning there is no way to get them after breakfast. No animation at all. On the Eftalia Island pretty much the same. The beach is very dirty and not enough people to clean.
I do not think that this Hotel deserves even 3 stars. Will never come back again. During lunch or dinner the waiters do not bring you drinks because they clean tables, and there is 5 minute wait for drinks. Almost 1 hour to get to eat

Hotel was beautiful. Spotless!! Always someone cleaning, and rushing to clean up any leftovers or mess. Food was lovely, we always found something to eat, but we did get a dicky tummy on a few occasions. We’re not drinkers, but I’d say the alcoholic drinks from what I seen weren’t watered down 😂. Entertainment was a-bit of hit and miss for us, but having 5 kids, 3 under the age of 5 we was always ready for bed by 11pm. Rooms were spotless and spacious and maids always kept them clean and topped up with fresh towels and water. My husband loved the clothes shop and the man who ran it was lovely (we didn’t catch his name) , but he always had a few bargains for us and the quality of his clothing was better than outside of hotel. Pools were lovely and clean but very cold!! We loved this holiday that much, we’ve already booked for next June. Can’t wait to return. Thankyou eftalia splash for a lovely relaxing holiday see you all again next year.

Fab holiday. The kids loved the pool and slides. Lots to do on the Eftali Island too (the beach) with even more slides, restaurants, zip wire, crazy golf. There is a free bus outside the hotel every 20 mins that will take you to and from the beach/island or you can walk it in about 10 mins. At the hotel, the animation crew were fab, especially Ozzy (and his cool hat!). Lots of activities to take part in, such as; Zumba, aqua aerobics, darts. Good choice of food in the hotel restaurant. Fussy eaters may prefer the pool bar at lunch as they serve burger, chips and pizza. Cocktails and fresh orange juice are not included in the all inclusive package. Delicious waffles from there also. Free ice creams (similar to Feasts) are available from 2-4pm. There is a separate ice cream stand available all day which need to pay a few euros. Things are mainly priced in euros but if you ask, you will be told the equivalent in lira. The cleaners never stop, the waiters can’t do enough to help you and everything is kept spotlessly clean.

this is our third visit to this hotel.
we have always come away with fantastic feelings and great family 👪 holiday.
1 negative we arrived early hours of the morning the 2 checking in were a little grumpy so used to everyone being quite friendly and chatty but that obviously did not spoil our holiday.
we got 2 rooms 219 and 221 ,3 in each room you could have 4.
decent shower ,1 double bed and 2 single beds bit of a squeeze but you only sleep in you're rooms .
nice balcony and shower great for what we needed.
all inclusive you will always find something to eat me my wife and four children 17 ,15,12,10 all ate well and no bad stomach s .
you can eat from 7 am to 10/11pm there is breakfast, lunch and dinner times.
also there is a burger place and a cake place so much choice .
there is Pepsi, lemonade, Fanta, beer, vodka, gin and whisky all included with tea ,coffee ,cappuccino and latte machines scattered around these are all free.
baby pool with lots of slides ,a big pool and a further 2 pools with lots of slides .
slides open 10 to 12 .
then 2pm to 5 pm .
lots going on kids clubs lots of pool entertainment if you want it .
free beach towels also.
this was all fantastic me and my kids loved it .
there is eftalia island a waterpark 5 mins in the free shuttle service supplied by hotel that place is big and right on the beach also your bands allow u free enter and free food and drink that's a proper bonus .
we loved it there as well .
about 11pm everything shuts down in hotel but you can go to the bars outside if u want to continue or the restaurant s they still open.
the hotel staff are constantly cleaning and making sure everything is up to scratch we made a few friends with the workers manners cost nothing and most of the workers will talk and have a laugh with you some tourists are so rude to them but we was polite and friendly this was obvious as a few days in to holiday lots of workers talking even bringing our drinks to the table and just being nice.
a big thank you to ismail, yusuf, memhet, abbas just to name a few these guys were great with my family and worked hard .
ignore the bad reviews you make your holiday you're own and this hotel helps with that .
three times we have been here that's the most we have been anywhere that's a compliment.
we priced up for next year and it's over twice as much gutted as we carnt afford 😢 that ,any chance eftalia that I can get a quote from the hotel instead of travel agents to see if we can afford to book again 😊 thanks.
overall Fantastic family holiday with lovely staff and lots going on if you want to join in plus the beautiful hot weather we love it there.
thank you eftalia for another fantastic family holiday.

Had a really lovely holiday after a few problems with flight and luggage this hotel was great. Great choice of food and drink entertainment was brilliant and my daughter loved mini disco.
Big shout out to Aisha the lady does the waffle bar my daughter has a latex allergy and all the gloves they wear are latex after explaining to her she can’t wear the gloves and needs to wash her hands before handling her waffles she remembered her everyday and made sure she did what she needed to do before serving her really appreciated her going above and beyond.
The man that runs the clothes shop downstairs was so lovely really friendly and funny and will chat to you like your his friend.
Overall most the staff really friendly and helpful.
Now the man on reception Ahmet, gave a really good first impression helpful and friendly always answering any questions we needed to know. We had a slight problem with our transfer home and he seemed to be really helpful with helping us trying to contact them and when it seemed they wasn’t going to turn up he offered to call the hotel taxi he took 20€ off my husband and needed 20€ more for booking it, in the meantime our transfer turned up when my husband asked for the 20€ back as it was no longer needed he refused saying it was a deposit!! Deposit to make a phone call how ridiculous.

Anyway I would totally recommend this hotel just make sure your transfer is not golden sea travel and keep your wits about you with what u are doing with your money

I have been to turkey many of times but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in the location for a start is in the middle of nowhere small variety of shops and bars within walking distance that’s it

The beach down by the island is more like wasteland littered with rubbish we were highly dissatisfied when walking down there and chose to go back the hotel

The food is vile I didn’t expect much for the hotel food In turkey as I’ve been many times and I know it’s very repetitive but this hotel was just vile everything served cold apart from the fresh pizza chips are soggy

Cocktails are 5 euro and the drinks at free bar local spirits beers etc are horrible with only two staff ever serving so always big queues

The entertainment was poor and tacky

The best thing about this hotel was the pools for kids these areas are very slippydue to no mats witnessed two big accidents one child taken to hospital for stitches

The rooms where nice and spacious but not cleaned properly bedding changed bins emptied and clean towels literally thrown In. No mopping of the floors or surfaces and glass wiped down and cleaned so looked grubby after couple days when you have kids with you I would of at least of expected standard house keeping of floors Being cleaned etc.

The machine they make waffles on is filthy and don’t think it’s ever been cleaned put me off even having a waffle

Ice cream 3 euro but they do a free ice cream ice lolly like a feast

I would never return to this hotel I found it cheap tacky and worst than a butlins resorts avoid or you will be disappointed

Arrived around the same time and reception were really quick with checking us in and had staff to take luggage to the room for us. They did try to sell us upgrades as we were checking in which held things up a little, but in the while it was as good as it could be.

The times are from 10.00am until 11:00pm this hotel has a lift so access to rooms. But be warned during busy times the lifts are a nightmare especially when kids press every floor on them. If your needed access to the pool their is steps.

Yes WiFi is free and available pretty much everywhere around the hotel. Just connect and that's it. No passwords or anything needed
