Our hotel is 18 km from the pearl of the Mediterranean; Alanya,. It is in the Türkler district, famous for its sand and pebble beaches , 5 km to the center of Avsallar and Konaklı, 90 km to the Antalya airport, 60 km to the Gazipaşa Airport. Our hotel is 5 star , which was opened in 2013, consist of one 5- storey main buildings on 44.990 m2 area. Our facility has 290 rooms. All of our rooms are decorated with modern furnishings, with everything our guests could need for a pleasant and enjoyable holiday. You can have cool atmosphere every morning with our daily breakfast buffet service and enjoy fresh seafood and local dishes in our restaurants, We offer refreshing drinks and snacks in the bars. I have been to turkey many of times but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in the location for a start is in the middle of nowhere small variety of shops and bars within walking distance that’s it The beach down by the island is more like wasteland littered with rubbish we were highly dissatisfied when walking down there and chose to go back the hotel The food is vile I didn’t expect much for the hotel food In turkey as I’ve been many times and I know it’s very repetitive but this hotel was just vile everything served cold apart from the fresh pizza chips are soggy Cocktails are 5 euro and the drinks at free bar local spirits beers etc are horrible with only two staff ever serving so always big queues The entertainment was poor and tacky The best thing about this hotel was the pools for kids these areas are very slippydue to no mats witnessed two big accidents one child taken to hospital for stitches The rooms where nice and spacious but not cleaned properly bedding changed bins emptied and clean towels literally thrown In. No mopping of the floors or surfaces and glass wiped down and cleaned so looked grubby after couple days when you have kids with you I would of at least of expected standard house keeping of floors Being cleaned etc. The machine they make waffles on is filthy and don’t think it’s ever been cleaned put me off even having a waffle Ice cream 3 euro but they do a free ice cream ice lolly like a feast I would never return to this hotel I found it cheap tacky and worst than a butlins resorts avoid or you will be disappointed…

Family friendly? Yeah right…. My son has scaring to his chest following an incident when he was a toddler… we’d had a lovely first day, just dropped our towels off at the spa, & one of the members of staff stared at my son, pointed, then touched his scar and said ‘eurgh what is that’… Now my poor son has never been swimming without a swimming top on, however we’d managed to persuade him to go topless, and he was so proud and happy , until that incident… reception staff SO RUDE and blunt, couldn’t care less that my 8 year old locked himself in the bathroom crying, then cried himself to sleep. They really couldn’t care, told me they’re not speaking to me anymore. Spoke to manager of guest relations, she was also rude. I told them we weren’t staying, and they’re going to have to sort out a transfer to one of the other Eftalia hotels (we were offered an ‘upgrade’ for €100 to Ocean on arrival, but declined). They tried telling me, I had to pay €180 for the remaining of our holiday, which is more than the original price! In the end, I just paid and we left - had the BEST time at Eftalia Ocean, which I was glad of. Just be aware if you or your family have any kind of disability or scaring etc!!…

All I will say is what an awful holiday n waited 2 years for it. Defo not worth the money you pay. 1.pool closed every other day due to kids poo in the pool 2.not all inclusive when you have to pay for cocktails & extra drinks and it finishes at 11 pm 3.rooms not clean on arrival or through stay had to chase down corridor to get fresh towels or your room to be cleaned , even when kids have been sick in bathroom had to clean my self. 4. Wi-Fi did not wrk do unable to get on things & not able to get on TUI app to be informed flight has been delayed got better signal on beach 5.late checkout paid for before arriving and was told could only have room until 5pm but we weren’t being picked up till 9 pm 6. All family got Ill with diarrhoea and 1 family member ended up with food poisoning 7. when the cleaners left water it was not put in the fridge to get cold it was left on the side to stay warm, not want you want when you come up from pool side ms warm weather. 8.side of pool was slippery adults and kids were falling over. 9.not enough bars open in day for amount of people staying 10.food very repetitive unable to find things to eat apart from chips or pizza All round will not be booking again that’s for sure…

Hotel generally great, waterpark is amazing. Looks very nice. All areas well maintained. Island is amazing and a free regular shuttle bus. Rooms very clean, the family rooms are very large a lot of space. The doubles are large too. Fridge, stocked with water everyday, beds are comfy. Plug sockets are away from the bed. So if you like to charge and use phone whilst laid in bed, then it's not going to happen. Take a small extention lead. Food Difficult to give an accurate review, due to being the end of the season, felt like we got the bare minimum of what they had left. But to be fair the food on the first and second nights were great. Alcohol is vodka, gin, wine, beer and can get racki too. Tip, ask for a large spirit and you'll get a double. Don't be shy, they're very generous. Location A little isolated, however there are shops in the area. Not a place to go if you like to get out all of the time and see things in the local area. Trips When you arrive you get a welcome pack, and a time the next day to meet with the hotel rep. They sell trips. I was a bit worried at first, but the prices were very reasonable. Organised and arranged very well. I could not find the trips cheaper. Staff Staff are mostly very helpful and kind. Overall an amazing holiday, thanks to the staff team. Would I go back? We have recently arrived back home after an 8 night stay. Its easy to say I have the holiday blues. There was 7 adults and 5 children and we had the best time. The hotel was spotless and the pictures when booking do not do the hotel any justice what so ever. Frank who worked in the cocktail bar was so lovely and so helpful. The entertainment team Ozzy and Luto were amazing always joking and Luto even showed us some magic tricks which the kids loved. There was so much to do if it was the amazing pools and slides at the hotel or everything they had to offer on the island. I can not wait to book for next year and hopefully see all the amazing staff again. I would highly recommend. Thank you so much too everyone at Eftalia splash.

I really wanted to love this place but the all inclusive let it down. I can’t be too mad because you obviously get what you pay for but the lack of variety with the drinks ruined it for us. We have done all inclusive holidays every year and always had the choice of every drink imaginable. First day I asked for a Pina-Colada cocktail… €5! Then asked for a basic Malibu and coke… €5! No kids slushies or milkshakes available. Basically if you want something that isn’t wine, beer, vodka, gin or whisky then you will have to pay. The wifi is very poor. It’s not available round the pools and barely works in the rooms… sounds a trivial problem but it’s 2022 and no internet access is an issue. The food wasn’t the best, there needs to be more English and childrens options… but we were far from starving. Also just to highlight… this hotel is not on the beach like pictures suggest. They advertise the Eftalia Island as part of the hotel but it’s actually a 5 minute bus journey away. Saying that the hotel is great for kids, the rooms are spacious and it’s clean.…

We had a fabulous time here. The pool and slides are fantastic Hotel was spotless. Staff were all really hard working. Constantly cleaning up the food areas and especially around the pool where people where bringing food from the snack bar to eat in loungers. The pool area was kept spotless the whole time we were there this kept the flies down. The bar staff at the pool bar were really friendly. Creating a really fun atmosphere. The animation team were lots of fun asking everyone to join in but not too pushy. Luto and ozzy were great. The food was standard all inclusive stuff you would expect at this price point. Always something if you are willing to look. The grill area was good too. Breakfast is not a full English but we are in turkey. The lovely lady who makes the omelettes will put any fillings in for you all made fresh in front of you. The pool side snack bar was a hit with 15 year old daughter. As well as the usual pasta with sauce and burgers with chips was the pizza guy. Fresh pizzas made to order. There was always a big queue but they were definitely worth queuing for. A lovely lady making Fresh waffles with various toppings were also a plus. The island was a massive bonus. Foam parties, more slides evening nightclub and different snack bars. I really couldn’t believe we got all this included in our holiday price. Cocktails and some snacks are extra but there is never any pressure to buy. We did try the cocktails and the ones we had were lovely. Lots to do in the immediate area bars restaurants and shops. All in all a fabulous holiday.…

Where to start, 1. Rude staff unless its money related. 2. Cleaning staff just change the trashcan and replace some towels, they will just fold the dirty ones and place them back if they ain't wet. 3 food is awful, went outside to eat all 7 days during my stay, even though it was all incl. 4 you have to let the water run for at least 5-10 min before shower, because the water is cold, and would randomly turn cold in between, u will have 1min of hot water then turn back to cold again. 5 the rooms are dirty and you can literally hear people next door snoring, the walls are thin as paper. 6 there is no gym here and the pools arent heated, and no indoor pools. At all cost AVOID this place. And btw it is NOT 5 stars ! Maybe 3. Rip off place.

Worst Hotel I hace ever experienced , on checking in the reception staff told us they would never ever stay here, only there because it was a job. We should have taken the hint . There was fighting in the hotel on numerous evenings , wonder if thats why the bars shut at 11.!!!! The room next to us they fought on most night , they were locked out , shouting & screaming he even gave her 2 black eyes , they had a young child with them whose safety we were concerned for . We cintacted hotel staff on numerous occasions but not interested. We said we were going to call police but they asked ys not to as they were doung it but never it. The noise , screaming , shouting on an evening is unbearable. The staff were rude customer service is terrible. We have visited Turkey numerous times & never experienced anything like it . This isnt a cheap hotel to stay in & for an all inclusive bar to shut at 11 is rudiculous , you cant even have a coffee. You had to collect a towel befire 11 on a morning for the pool or you coukdnt have one. We had a trip in the morning & wanted towels at 1pm and was refused. We had to ask for our room cleaning as it wasnt done for 4 days , The whole experience has been a nightmare management dont care , our only saving grace was the beach during the day and staying out of the hotel at the evening time. Please do listen to the negative reviews , I read them before I went but thought maybe its not that bad but believe me i wished we had taken notice if them . If you want 2 weeks of no sleep , fighting , screaming , cold food , poor service etc etc then this is the place to be !!!!!…

I went to Turkey before in Marmaris it was the best experience ever I had high expectations for the hotel, we arrive 8 in the morning the man at the till said we would need to wait 4 hours to get a room or just pay 50 euros we ended up paying because we were knackered from the flight. one step in and it already smells of sewage from the toilet. it was ghastly the internet would turn off and it was horrible everything was overpriced as hell a bag of crisps for £2.80 are you mad the food was just the same boring stuff the elevators would close in when you walk into the elevator, two days in I already wanted to go. The quilt was paper thin so was the doors and walls. It was chaotic if your a family wanting to go on holiday please consider going to marmaris it is miles clear.
