The worst hotel and service I've ever been to, you pay extra for everything, wi-fi, safe, even ice cream, even though it's a 5-star hotel, I've stayed in better 3-star hotels. There was a problem with the room from the beginning, the entire bathroom was flooded, 2nd room and the water drain in the shower was incredibly stinking. We take 3room, during the rain all the water from the terrace flowed into the bedroom, such drama. Only the reception speaks English. The food is disgusting and always cold. Holel quide and the tour seller lies about the program. Never take an evening City tour with return by jeeps. Very rude driver and translator, Quote: "If you're late, it's your problem, if you get lost, I don't care." Cars are overloaded, you're crammed in all the way. Beach, very small and full of stones, next to highway, so all the time you hearing thousands of cars just above your head. STAY AWAY.…

Had read previous reviews so didn’t know what to expect. We arrived early evening paid for safe and WiFi at check in couldn’t get WiFi to work one trip back to reception and sorted not a problem after that was very good connection.(streamed football and films on phones no bother) Staff were friend even when they didn’t know what we were saying . The only down side was the food we always managed to eat something and if you weren’t in when service started food wasn’t very warm ( if you are a fussy eater I would give it a miss) but had wee plaques telling you a very limited description Overall it was a really good relaxing 2 weeks in sun apart from a couple of thunderstorms xx

We got transferred to this hotel, we was suppose be staying at "senza gardens" What an absolute shambles this hotel was, nobody guided us around.. food was terrible... broccoli for breakfast for christ sake 😅🤣 missed a day of the sun because I was poorly due to the food. Honestly it doesn't cater for the English.. It isn't a hotel for the English it doesn't even say "welcome" in English at the front of the hotel... only in Russian etc... (sounds petty but obviously we are not wanted)... ENGLISH STAY AWAY.

I stayed at Senza hotel for a week with my friend as a little get away for my birthday and needless to say, I enjoyed every part of it. We arrived early hours in the morning and the receptionist, Baran, was lovely and got us checked in and showed us to our room within minutes (the room was beautiful, beds were surprisingly comfy and was very clean), giving us a very good first impression of the place. He also got us set up on the wifi (there was an extra charge but we expected this as per the website) and was extremely helpful when I had a couple of issues with it a couple days in and it was sorted quickly, efficiently and again was very friendly and happy to help. I would also like to point out that Kadir was also amazing. We booked a good few trips which were the jeep safari (highly recommend!), quad safari, and boat trip on the big pirate looking ships. He explained each and every activity we were interested in, ran through the pricing and also came outside with us to make sure we got on the right transfer to our activities. Even just seeing him around the hotel he was always keen to say hi and how we were with a big smile. I would like to say all the staff were amazing and very chatty, even if some didn’t speak much English they were willing to try! the animation team were also great, Abdell made my birthday very special with a game of darts with other holiday makers which were all so lovely and made some great friends whilst we were there, had a big sparkler and sang happy birthday and also made the beach party that was hosted at another Senza very special and one to remember. The only downside was the food however it was not that bad as there was always something I could eat being a fussy eater. But overall, I loved the stay and would recommend to anyone. 😊…

We arrived from the UK at 6.30 am, we were told check in was at 2pm,if we wanted to check in early it would be 10euro per hour per room,they happily told us we could use the lobby to wait the 7.5 hours,with no wristband, so no food drinks even water,obviously we paid over£200 as we had 3 rooms with 5 adults 4 kids. As it is advertised as a 5star Hotel you would assume customer service would be paramount, as after paying we were shown straight to our rooms ,so obviously empty and ready,they just wanted to make some extra money out of their guests. Wifi is 2euro a day and worked well,ice creams from 1euro, which again has been free in any other hotel I have been to in Turkey,and most other places in the world. Food was always,Always cold,when I went to close the lids,I was told no,by one of the waiters ?? I have still given it a 3 as the pools,grounds inside and out ,and rooms are clean ,my son his partner and the grandkids really enjoyed themselves after the checking in debacle, I just really wanted people to be aware of the extra charges when booking flights from the UK so you don't find this out when you get there …

The hotel was clean and the room lovely. The staff can’t do enough to help you. The animation team were fantastic Rabi was lovely and always stopped to sit and talk to us. There is always something to do killer darts water polo aquarobics. The shows at night were very good and varied something for everyone. They really work hard to ensure you have a good time

This hotel/resort is absolutely joke. Food - disgusting; reheated from morning and server for dinner. Found raw chicken, asked staff to explain - they seemed not bothered. Some people were using their hands to pick the food from platters (i.e. rice / chips / meat). When complained about this to manager - I’ve been told that they Russians and nothing they can do. Bar full of drunken Russians, playing army songs and swearing on people from Europe. Never again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!! Booked a 14 days stay and only stayed for two days absolutely disgusting Hotel people picking up food from the buffet with their hands. Hotel lies about the guests when they make a complaint stay well away you are not safe in this hotel. I guess the hotel is going to apply with a copy and paste for reply like they have with every other review this goes to show that they really do not care !!!
