Nice hotel, most of the staff are helpful and friendly. Reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Our Jet2 rep was excellent, however, the young lady behind the Jet2 desk (who books trips and alacart meals) appeared bored and was very difficult to engage (maybe had an off day). The jeep trip with water fights was amazing, as a family we would definitely recommend this. Niggles: The evening entertainment wasn't great, didn't cater much for under 16's.They could also do more to entertain in the pool, games, aquafit ect, we didn't see much going on there for my teen granddaughter. Some of the cleaning men in the dining hall are unhelpful, several times they just shrug their shoulders and laugh to each other if you ask anything. I thought it may be a language barrier but overheard these men conversing with young females perfectly well, retraining is needed. The spa owner is very pushy, you get your towels here and every day he mithers and tries to get you to book a service, by day 5 I'd had enough but my complaint fell on deaf ears, he's relentless and needs retraining on customer service. On the whole this is a nice place for families.

Place was awful felt dirty all round, Food was alright but trying to get a table or quing at every section to get something was ridiculous. All inclusive was terrible, basically everything there you had to pay for... cocktails, ice-creams snacks by the pools, they had a tattoo place next to the pool that were selling transfer tattoos for the kids at 20 euros each which we bought outside 3 packs for 2 euro. the people on the markets were rude and entitled and clearly just setup for the hotel so they try to rip off the tourists. the pool was closed 5 times in 10 days because someone sh@t in it which judging by the reviews seems like a common occurence and the toilets around the pool were horrific, honestly the place was horrible. burgerland was just cold food left in tins on the side with stale bread everything there just seems to be money orientated I would avoid this at all costs

We visited this hotel in July 2023 and had the best time. Hotel was really clean, friendly.staff, good entertainment, amazing pools and loads of activities to participate in. Savas the holiday rep was extremely helpful and polite, helped us book some amazing excursions that we will treasure memories of. Fully recommend this family friendly holiday destination and would 100% return

We recently returned from another amazing stay at eftalia aqua resort. From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't be more accommodating allowing us to upgrade to have wheelchair access to help with my brothers specialist buggy and also helping us to our room with all our luggage. The room was great so spacious for all 5 of us and a separate joined room so the teenagers had some privacy. The first day we rented a gazebo which was a lovely way to spend a chilled day by the pool, ice cream and fruit was included and gave us some privacy too. All the pools are great and we always managed to find sun loungers without getting up ridiculously early. There is plenty of different places to eat between the hotel and island even my sister who is a fussy eater found things she liked. We only went down to the entertainment on the island once as we found it so much busier but we had a great time the show was amazing and esma is amazing at mini disco!! All The staff at eftalia aqua are what make our stay so special and why we return. Especially hakan on the cocktail bar, mehmet on the bar, the restaurant boys and especially the animation team. The animation team are absolutely amazing at what they do, especially with my little brother who has SEN, they always make sure he is included and having a great time they never walk past without coming to see him and even picking up some of his makaton signs. I cannot fault the hotel as this was my 5th stay and I am already looking forward to returning next year. The hotel and island has so much to do there is still so much we have yet to experience!

Myself, partner and 2 boys 14 and 9 went at the end of October for 12 nights. We had such a fab holiday. The slides and pools were so much fun, the room we stayed in was spacious, quiet and always cleaned. The entertainment staff were great and Ata and the team made the holiday. The food was plentiful, not one of us got ill, we never went hungry with all the options available. The island was included too which provided more slides, pools, bars and various food options during the day. The staff in the restaurant were so helpful and always madesure a table was available. Only downside we had was being told with only a days notice that we had to pack our things and move to the sister hotel (ocean). We were not impressed with not being told previously as we know others were. A very big let down. Luckily we didn't let it ruin our holiday and ocean did provide us with 2 days of fun too. I would highly recommend both hotels.

This place is definitely not an all inclusive. The bars are very basic, it's incredibly confusing understanding what you can get from each outlet at what times. My husband ordered a gin and tonic and was told there was no tonic! I've never been to an all inclusive that tries to charge for so many things, was quite shocked. Good facilities, not the cleanest but ok. Hugely spread out across the hotel and island, fine for us but would be very difficult if you had mobility issues, we walked average 12-14,000 steps per day. Food is ok, quite samey but it's what you expect from an all inclusive. Meal times incredibly busy, hard to find a table for 4 people that was laid out and clean, had to scavenge cutlery off other tables. Queues for food was ridiculous, especially when I've got 2 small kids so spent the whole time queuing and not eating with family. One evening I queued for 20 mins, needs to be better managed. This place has potential but I wouldn't rush back. My husband and I came down with terrible food poisoning as soon as we got home - either something at the hotel or in the airport, not sure what but we've been incredibly unwell and still poorly a week later.

Came here for a week in October half term with children. We had a blast! Having previously staying at the Marin resort which was also a good shout! Staff at the aqua were amazing and very accommodating, any issues we had we’d call reception and it would be dealt with in a flash! Yes the cocktails aren’t included in the all inclusive drinks but they’re made with premium drinks not like your usual all inclusive rushed drinks with that nasty house spirit they use - these were quality cocktails! Ibrahim is the best at making them! The food was decent - there was always something to eat plus you have the village which serves other foods during the day all included too, so in terms of variety there was plenty! Pool sides abit slippery but if you take extra precaution these accidents won’t happen - my children were fine!! Rooms were cleaned everyday and mini fridge stocked up too free of charge. Spa was amazing- there’s a deal for everyone. Honestly you read the reviews and just think what are these crazy people talking about! It isn’t an 8 star hotel and it’s a cheap stay some of your expectations are out of the world! You get what you pay for and then some! I’d definitely come back to this hotel, I throughly enjoyed my stay! See you next year AQUA! Visit the AQUA you won’t regret it! X

Appalled to be told at 11am to pack up and leave the hotel as it closes today at 2pm still with 2 nights left of our holiday. We have had to pack immediately and move to sister hotel. Absolutely appalled.... oh and the foods awful . Do not risk this hotel for October half term

Stay away from this place. We are correctly in here, and after 2 days of checking in we were asked to move out to another hotel as this one is closing down for the end of the season. Nothing was mentioned to us at the booking time neither at the check in time. We could be offered at the day of checking in to move straight into the other one, not after 2 days. Another thing is a very poor household service. They came in, made only one bed. The second one was left. Bathroom left in mess, towels not changed. It's not a all inclusive hotel at all, far from it. Staff at the reception very rude and unhelpful. Never ever again, not recommended. Hotel has a potential but needs a better management. Last thing, for all inclusive you still have to pay for lots of things.... Photos attached after room service attended
