Me and my partner stayed at Numa Bay for 4 nights for my birthday and we had an amazing time.
Honestly, If your considering this hotel, but your put off by the overly critical reviews, do not be put off. This hotel is outstanding for the price, the problem does not lie with the hotel but the people that come here that get a kick out of writing a bad review and expecting 6 star VIP service for 60 Euros a night.
The food is great and there is a wide variety of choice, many cocktails and drinks to choose from, the room was lovely with an amazing sunset view (and very clean). There was always a bar open for food or drinks, 4 pools including an adult pool which was ideal for us. The hotels interior was stunning, so clean and pretty. The staff,especially Bar and Spa staff were amazing and so friendly. They have so many places to sit at night, there is a grat place by the beach to watch the sunset also.
The hotel was so clean and everything was disinfected between uses. Our bags were disinfected on arrival and hand sanitiser is everywhere. The buffet is still self service but staff put the food on your plates to prevent lots of people touching the tongs (i actually preferred this). And temperature checks were mandatory before going to eat, we felt very safe throughout.
For my birthday the hotel made a special table outside, with flower petals decorated over the table and wine. They also delivered a hand written message to our room with a bottle of wine and flowers. I was so shocked at how above and beyond the staff went to accommodate my birthday!!!
We paid 40 Euros for a spa package and got full use of sauna and a body scrub in the Turkish bath and a 15m foam massage, then a 45 minute full body massage and facial. The spa staff are amazing, so friendly and great at their job, they deserve a pay rise (especially the man on the front desk of the spa!)
There are so many reviews about this hotel which are negative and overly critical, but honestly its a beautiful hotel for an amazing price, you hear so many hit and miss stories of hotels in Antalya but this is a definite HIT. if i could give more than 5/5 i would! great hotel :)x

This is a lovely hotel, with lovely staff, it's a shame that some of the guests don't treat the staff with politeness. On arrival our suitcase was sanitised we were all temperature tested and all staff wore masks. From arrival to vacating I found all the staff very helpful. We arrived late at night and were quickly shown to our rooms which were immaculately clean, we then went back to the main reception area where we were met by the waiter "Victor" who really looked after us, he even remembered exactly what we were drinking. He showed us where to go to get a bite to eat and kept us with drink but not over powering. Victor worked the whole time we were at the hotel 14 nights and he gave us an outstanding service. Our cleaner was excellent and ensured we had enough commodities for the day and made some excellent towel dressings for the bed. Breakfast was excellent and very Covid 19 safe, we latched on to a waiter called Suat who was outstanding, he didn't speak good English but could understand what we wanted. He even translated what he wanted to say to us on his phone which was very nice. He also served us in the main restaurant in the evening. These guys and girls work really long hours. The pools are very good and the children's pool is excellent with all it's water slides. The adult pool was always getting abused with parents allowing their younger children to go up there. I didn't use it but was aware of the arguments between guests over children. The Adults slides were very good but behind the main two pools so you didn't hear all the screaming whilst the adults were going down the slides. The beach is very close maybe a 2 minute walk from the main restaurant but lovely to have a swim in. Beware there are a few rocks as you get in. The Alibaba fish restaurant is very popular at lunch time but well worth visiting. The Pancake lady works extremely hard and always has a long cue but they are worth waiting for. I must say that Ihab the waiter in the Alibaba restaurant, also the Chinese and Steak House is really worth a mention as he ensured you enjoyed your meal and the surroundings and always checked to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend this hotel but some of the Guests mostly non British should respect the staff and the current situation (Covid 19) and play by the rules. All the staff do, but they do get a lot of abuse if they try and implement the rules. Lastly I would like to say that Emre from Guest relations was always there to answer any question you had. This hotel is run very well and it's down to the management who keep a very tight ship and ensure all the staff comply to all the new rules from the top to the bottom. I would Highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we as a family of 5 had an excellent 14 night vacation,

We had booked another hotel for our two week holiday but the day before our flight we received a call from our holiday company informing us that the hotel was still closed and that they had transferred us to Numa Bay Exclusive, we were a little disappointed that we would not be staying in our original hotel and a bit apprehensive about the new one but our worries we're soon gone as the Numa Bay was fantastic. On arrival our bags we're sprayed with disinfectant before being taken to our room and plenty of hand sanitizer was available at the entrance and at reception, check in was hassle free. We had asked for two rooms next to each other as our three Daughters we're staying in the other one and also for them to be on a high floor with a pool view, all our requests we're granted with the added bonus of also being able to see the sea. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious and we're cleaned daily and fresh towels provided, many thanks to the lovely lady who kept our rooms this way. It was my Wife's birthday the day after we arrived and the wine and fruit which was placed in our room was much appreciated as was the second bottle and more fruit part way through the week courtesy of the hotel management. Our heartfelt thanks to Victor in the lobby bar who is absolutely wonderful, a truly lovely person, always had time for a chat even though he was very busy providing our drinks. Thanks also to Bayram for always saving us a table for breakfast and dinner and to the rest of the waiting staff who all do a fantastic job. All in all the hotel is really lovely, the ground staff all do a wonderful job keeping the pool area and grounds spotless and the inside of the hotel is also exceptionally clean. We also made some wonderful friends in the shops outside the hotel the shop keepers were lovely people, no hassles at all whilst shopping and didn't feel intimidated at all. This was our first holiday in Turkey and we will definitely go again.

We are coming to turkey now for 10th time and this time we decided to try a little bit smaller and cheaper hotel. However never will be staying here again. To begin with reception is not helpful and all the time I would come there they would be on the phone also talking with me and other guests and they would forget everything that i would ask such as towels in the room, blankets etc. I would need to call them 2 more times just to get something. Second and the worst thing for me personally was that all the hotel apart the rooms had no air conditioning and you could not come nowhere to refresh also when we were waiting for the bus it was just always boiling in there.
The hotel is not the biggest but they have two swimming pool which one of them is for adults but consistantly full of kids splashing around and you would need to go to the manager and ask to kick them out but they would come back over and over again. They had few bars in the area that are serving local drinks which are all very low quality so if you are looking for the place taste some nice cocktails or drinks this hotel is NOT FOR YOU. Also the hotel is close to another hotels so in the evening you can hear 3 different musics and shows everywhere and our hotel for some reason was the most wuite and also at 23 everything would close where hotels around would be having music and parties or at least something, here you just go sleep at 23.00.
One amazing part of our stay was the SPA all the staff there are super professional and the massages been amazing. They also helped us with all the hotel facilities way more than reception which didnt make sense to me but they were really nice so one of my star goes only to them not the hotel.

We returned to Numa after loving the place in Sept 2020. There's pros and cons for us so will separate them out.
Pros Food The food is fantastic!! Ee never struggled to find something we liked (one of us is veggie) and my little one loved the children's buffet bar where she could help herself. The beach bar has a lunch menu also everyday (not Wednesday) and this is cooked fresh for you which makes a lovely change from self serve buffets The pool snack bar had everything you need for top ups through the day. The addition or return of the Waffle Bar and Ice-creams 2-4 everyday was wonderful. Drinks Cannot fault the drinks there are actually a lot of premium spirits available you just need to check the menus and ask for them 😉 Rooms The rooms are lovely modern and so much storage it's unreal! We had room 1227 and the view was amazing! Service Well what can I say... Victor - You again were amazing! I still can't believe you remembered us after 18 months!! Our drinks were topped up a plenty and we needed for nothing! A massive thank you to Victor
Cons Noise Whist our room was lovely and the view was stunning we were above the bar so at 6am when they are cleaning all you hear is the dragging of tables and chairs along the floors for 45 mins Buffet Beware at 7pm it's crazy!!! Big tip is to wait till 745 as its calmed a little by then Pool Areas The floors around the pools are VERY slippy if you are going with young children take SlipFree shoes they were our lifesaver Cleaning Unfortunately our room cleaner initially was very good which was a shame as the rest of the hotel was spotless. We did have a chat with Guest relations and they sorted it so for the latter it improved. Local Area Unfortunately there isn't much around outside just a few shops so if you like to get out and about do your research and there's ways.
We got out to a few restaurants The Garden Restaurant and also Blue Shark both were great for different reasons and will leave reviews on them respectively.
Overall we did have a lovely 2 weeks and we are glad we returned one more time. It was getting busy as we left so glad we went early in the season. Thank you Numa!

We were 2 girls and we had the trip of our lifetime this summer. Far from what we imagined. The hotel is extremely clean, the restaurant has really good food, the bars open at 10 am and while the mail restaurant is closed for few hours a day, there is a second beach restaurant with hamburgers, fries, and fresh fruits (watermelon, grapes, peaches, nectarines, oranges...). The pools are fantastic! They have 2 for kids, with water activities, 1 exclusively for adults and a long one, perfect for swimming. The staff has daily zumba water schedule and we all loved it! The atmosphere is more than we hoped for, everyone is kind and always smiling, asking us continuously if we need something. Across resort is a bazar... many boutiques with amazing prices (you do have to bargain... is Turkey), leather purses, shoes, amazing outfits, and right across is a tattoo shop.. biggest from Turkey. Epic!

We have been travelling to Turkey during COVID pandemic and were impressed how well the hotel was prepared to avoid spreading the infection. Our luggages have been disinfected on arrival, our temperature has been checked every time entering the hotel and restaurants, masks have been given at the restaurants..... The hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. Everything is pretty new as the hotel has been open few years ago. Regarding sun beds it is true that you need to wake up at 7am to reserve but it is not surprising as we have been in the same situation in Spain, Greece, Cyprus and other countries. Hotel has Chinese and Sea food restaurants as well as main and we really enjoyed all of them. The entertainment was great especially the garden party on Monday. It was kids disco every day as well. I have been going to yoga in the morning and fitness classes in the afternoon... great, thanks to Josefina. First off, I want to give a big thank you to the entertainment team: Okan, Lütfu, Ercan, Berke and Josie for making mine and my friends time here very memorable and fun, always making us feel welcome. They had always made sure we were having a good time and never stopped entertaining us and everyone staying at Numa Bay. Definitely a pleasure to have met them.
We stayed at this hotel for two weeks and can say this hotel is five star from the hotel to their staff. The staff at Numa Bay are so polite and friendly to all customers from what we have seen especially Ahmet at the pool bar who comes to collect empty glasses around the pool, he worked very hard in the heat and was also a pleasure to talk to when he would come past us; Suat at the main buffet who he was very focused on getting every table clean and ready for the next person to come and eat but was also very friendly and lovely to talk to. The staff at the beach bar are very hard working and fast when it comes to making the drinks and are all so lovely along with the bar staff at the reception bar who were so welcoming and friendly, especially Oktay who would always make me laugh. Overall the staff at Numa Bay are probably the best most hard working staff I have met working in hospitality.
The rooms are very clean and modern and are cleaned by the cleaners everyday. The WiFi throughout the hotel in okay but better in other areas such as the reception or your room. The food was also okay but we loved Turkish night the best. There were varieties of dishes laid out on this day and their desserts also lovely.
We loved everything about this hotel. Nothing to complain about. We will definitely be booking another stay at Numa Bay for September 2021.

Just back from a brilliant week at Numa Bay. The hotel is stunning, spotless throughout and the staff work incredibly hard.
We thought the food was really good. Lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant, good convenient options in the snack bar and a few a la carte options (we didn’t use these). Ice cream and waffles between 2pm and 4pm everyday from snack bar. I’m not a fussy eater in the slightest but thought there was enough choice and quality to cater for everyone. Couple of theme nights for Turkish, seafood and Mexican where they offer special drinks and cocktails too.
Inclusive drinks are good. Beer (Tuborg) is decent enough (better in Blue Bar and Beach Bar), plenty of local spirits and cocktails to choose from too, loads of water available as well as tea, coffee etc.
We had a premium room on the 6th floor with a side sea view and a gorgeous sunset in the evening. Rooms are well sized, good showers, air con, TV, balcony and mini bar with refills of water and a few soft drinks (not refilled). There was no child bed when we arrived but we rang reception and they sent one up within 10 minutes - if you have any issues please speak to the staff as they will do their best to help.
Entertainment was on each evening but did seem a bit erratic and we were never quite sure what was on! A couple of nights they didn’t use the main stage due to small audience but put a band on in the Beach Bar. The animation team are great, there is a kids club and mini disco at night, activities during day around pool and they spend time talking to guests and making sure everyone is having a good time. The kids festival with inflatables was great and the garden party was mental - loads of cocktails, laser show, fireworks, flares and booming music!
Top tip - follow the hotel on Instagram as they will post stories through the day highlighting what’s on etc!
There are three pools plus an indoor pool which are all great, lots of slides for kids, and plenty of sun beds, although the best get taken early so we popped down around 8am to get a decent spot.
Location was better than I expected as saw suggestions it was pretty remote but there are lots of shops around and a couple of restaurants/bars if you need to escape the hotel. We spent a morning at Avsallar for the Wednesday market (€6/7 in taxi) and got the dolmus (15 lira each) to Alanya for shopping (be prepared to barter and there are bargains to be had) which was about 20 minutes. The transfer from Antalya was about 90 minutes which is a bit of a pain after a flight and we’d probably get a private transfer in future.
We would definitely consider returning and will recommend to friends, it’s a great hotel with brilliant staff who work hard to give you a holiday to remember.

We stayed at Numa Bay Exclusive in June 19, from the moment we entered the hotel the receptionist was friendly and made us feel so welcome. We were taken to our room it was beautiful and spotlessly clean and The hotel throughout is imaculate.
every member of staff we met could not do enough for us to ensure our stay was perfect loved our daily chats.
The food choice was exceptional beautifully presented and perfectly cooked there was so much choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner the theme nights were very special.
We had some lunches at Ali Baba's by the beach the the food is cooked to order the pizza's were fantastic.
Also went to the alacarte there one evening the table was decorated as a surprise for us by the staff the evening could not have been anymore perfect.
Please book you will not be disappointed, we have booked to return September 20 and June 21 we cannot wait to return and meet everyone again.
Thank you so much Numa Bay for such an amazing holiday see you in September.

Unfortunately, we do not have a full-field football pitch, but we do have a grassy area with real football goals, which is quite suitable for playing football.
