The hotel room was great. Nice and clean. Although, our room was missing a bathroom door and instead fitted with a curtain unlike all other rooms. The food was okay at best. The meats were usually overcooked and tough at the buffets areas. The main reason for the 2 stars was due to an incident and the handling of this by the staff. One of the staff there had used a master key to break into my parents room at 1AM. Obviously frightened they called us over. We went to find a drunk staff member which was obvious from the stench of alcohol coming from him. When we confronted him he made up a story about how his boss told him to go into the room to deliver some alcohol. When asked what room number, it was completely different to my parents room number but he insisted that he was at the right room and the number on the door must have changed. He continued to try to make his way into the room until we had to bring him downstairs to reception to get his boss. The people at reception denied that he was drunk despite his stench of alcohol and flushed face and sent us away without resolving any issue. On the last day, one of the hotel workers who was watching that day apologised that the hotel tried to cover up this blunder. They denied there ever being a problem and we will never be going there again.…

We have just returned from a week in the Numa Bay Exclusive hotel. The whole experience was excellent from check in to departure. The room was really nice, spotlessly clean with excellent AC. The food was lovely with a huge choice catering for all tastes, the seafood buffet night was certainly a highlight. The pool areas were really well designed with entertainment and quieter areas if needed. Big shout out to Dean from guest relations who was always on hand to have a chat and make sure all was OK .. also Victor the barman who was so cheery making us laugh with his Welsh phrases 🤣 Planning another visit next year. From arriving it was a quick check in,taken to our room by the bellboy & he got us on the Internet without us even having to ask. All the staff were amazing,a special shot out to Dean public relations. Dean walks around asking if everything is OK any problems this man will sort it out for you.Victor in the top bar was fantastic this man is a credit to the hotel.All staff treat my mum (pink hair)like a queen. She was unable to use one arm and had a walking stick there would carry her plate and beer and even cut up her food. I couldn't ask for more for her so thank you for your kindness. The food was great .At Joe,s Grill has a charge & is 20€ and it was worth every penny. The entertainment staff where brilliant and kept us busy throughout the day. Fantastic coffee bar and lovely cakes. This hotel is spotless and I would recommend it. The only thing that I think would make this hotel better is convert the empty units down stairs into a sports bar. I will be back.…

Our first abroad holiday with my girlfriend was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed every single minute from start to finis. The hotel itself was good and I can’t complain about anything. I believe it is a good value for the money. I personally have to thank to Eray who made our stay special. He looked after us every night and he was so friendly. Our experience was ruined by one employee, who was definitely drunk one night. He had barged into my parents' room at midnight with hotel master key. My parents were obviously terrified and when they had questioned him, instead of apologising he argued that we had ordered the vodka via room service. He was too drunk to even realise that he went into a wrong room. Overall quality of food was okay but people smoking inside their hotel rooms really put us off as well as this incident. Gutted with his manager and receptionists during the night defending the guy by saying he is not drunk. If you dont want someone randomly barging into your hotel, I would avoid staying in this hotel.
