My husband and I had the most amazing week here. Definitely the best place we have ever stayed in Italy! Highly recommend it. The Villa is beautiful- very tranquil. It’s not too far a drive from the many wonderful beaches either& is away from all the noise & busyness of the centre, which is what we were after. Our room was clean, spacious & comfortable. There’s a beautiful garden with a lovely swimming pool & lots of space to relax. The breakfast was delicious- such a variety of food- warm croissants, fruit, yoghurt, toast, freshly made cakes... etc... There is also a kitchen area where you can help yourself to fruit, coffee & a water cooler where you can top up your bottle. Both Nicola & Frederica were lovely, personable people that really made our stay at the Villa special- nothing was too much trouble for them. They were both very friendly & helpful & made us feel very welcome. Thank you! Frederica also very kindly made us up a tray for breakfast which she left in our room, for the day we were leaving as we had an early flight & would have left before breakfast was available. She ensured we did not go hungry on the morning of our departure! The cleaner was also lovely & friendly. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! We will definitely return!

We enjoyed a lot our time at Villa Patrizia. The place is very beautiful and comfortable and the highlight of the stay for us was the hospitality of the hosts, especially all the help provided by the owner Nicola.

Well, I am Italian but I live between the Uk, Belgium, Germany and the Usa for work since 2001. I always loved to spend my summer in the south of Italy but, I have to say, great people but not so geared for high level of international customer service. When I travel with my family and the same group of old friends (people from the UK and Denmark) I look for a nice place, clean, quite, close to the center, close to the beach (in Porto Cesareo and Puglia in general you find the best seaside in Italy!!!) AND everything has to work. Lots of time I have read a lost of appliances, features etc... and then we arrived and the place was not as stated OR, there were always too many things that were wrong ("OH... just yesterday we had a problem with the pool", "So sorry, but the electrician is on vacation so the plugs don't work"etc....). Nicola, the owner, and his staff have been SIMPLY AMAZING!!!! We rented the entire house (6 adults and 6 children) for 8 days... everything was perfect. Nicola's English is not there :-) but when I wasn't there and he knew my friends couldn't work out the electric gate etc... he showed up with his niece (super English skills) ! This is just one of many examples I could write about... without forgetting on the fist day... he showed up with a specialty dessert for the children ... he assisted us giving tons of suggestions on best beaches, fish restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, historical cities to visit... great experience. Also, the Bnb is brand new and all the appliances are high standard: you can tell they didn't save a penny choosing tiling, lining etc... (sorry but being Italian I also check the quality of lining ;-). Garden? Amazingly cured and clean! Please, if you want to take care of this place as it is yours, book it. If you are someone that goes on vacation and don't care about how bad you leave the place you stay, don't! We will go there again and we would like to find the same place. Thank you so much Nicola, Patrizia and Olimpia, you made our summer very "SPECIALE" Grazie mille!
