We were surprised to find this little hotel in this little medieval town just outside of Teruel. It is beyond our expectation with the renovation of two ancient buildings used as Olive Oil Press and one as Bodega. The decoration complete with furnishing from the Southern part of Europe tastefully designed by the owner, husband an architect and Beth the... More

Stayed here whist on business visiting the motor racing track at Aragon. This hotel is quite small and tucked away in the top half of the town, the rooms are clean and modernized but retain a rustic feel. I did not experience the hotel restaurant in the evening as it was not open, maybe because it was the quiet season,... More

My husband and I stayed here one night and had a fantastic time discovering this beautiful little town. The service at the hotel was great, we got an early check in into our amazing room with a large balcony over looking the private hotel pool. There is a lot to do at the hotel, in Calaceite and in surrounding areas.... More

Great Hotel, wonderful room and good service in a stunningly beautiful village. The hotel is spilt over many levels (be warned not good if you have trouble walking or for toddlers) Spotlessly clean and polished with a very good breakfast.

I currently staying at the hotel Sitjar with my husband and our sixteen year old son. We arrived two nights ago, the gentleman behind reception was very friendly and helpful, and he spoke good English. I had brought the wrong plug adapter with us and he went out of his way to help us swap the plug on our English... More

We stayed at this hotel whilst visiting for the superbike racing at nearby Aragon race track, which is about 30 minutes away. The town itself is extremely quiet but beautiful - typically Spanish. The hotel has the WOW factor, full of history and beautifully restored. The staff cannot be faulted, all spoke varying levels of English (to our schoolboy Spanish)... More

We arrived in Calaceite after a long scenic drive. The hotel is nestled at the top of the hill- and to reach it by car you drive through the very narrow quint streets. It really sets the scene for amazing things to come. We were greeted at reception by a lovely lady, who unfortunately spoke very little English. This was... More
