It is such a great place...how to describe it...very simple and full of details ...surprising "corners" ......nice People, not a "Glamping place", not stilysh but beautifull...peacefull... often you dont even feel like you are in a camping place at all... a place where you feel free and cared for...The owners love what they do and make you feel at home.... Donkey rides and curry nights also great at a small extra cost. Facilities where brillian, t all positive, the staff and owners always had the for kids and made them the... More

Three of us stayed in one of the chalets for two nights in September, Chalet was of Excellent Quality with a cosy wood burning stove as the night temperatures had started to drop a little, The owners Steve and Sharon are both very friendly and helpful down to earth people, We didn't really have time to look around the area... On a recent mini- tour with our caravan in France we stayed here for 6 nights. We have absolutely no complaints - it was coming to the end of the season and we were the only ones there for much of the time (I think). The honesty system in the little shop, stocked with cold wine and beer amongst other... More

This is our 3rd year visiting and this time we brought our friends. We had the same pitch we always get and our friends were able to pitch next to us. The kids had a great time running around helping look after the animals and playing in the little park. We attended the curry night this year as our kids... More

Stayed August 2015 in a tent with our 3 year old and 7 month old. We had such a lovely time at this beautiful, well-run campground. The owners are friendly, hardworking, genuine people. We enjoyed the morning bread delivery, the honesty-policy camp shop, curry night, and helpful advice on what to do locally. Our 3 year old was absolutely enchanted... More

Best campsite ever! Hence why we've been twice so far and have booked again this year. Fab location, lovely quiet secluded pitches, very friendly owners who will do everything they can to make your stay the best possible. I can't recommend this campsite enough.

We stayed at Moulin de la Geneste for a fortnight in August, exactly a year after we stayed there for 10 nights in 2013. It's a magical place for adults and kids alike. My 2 boys (ages 4 and 6) simply love it here. They have the run of the campsite and it's forest and love how much freedom it... More

Stayed here over the summer. A basic site, clean shower and toilet block, friendly owners, very close to nature which was a joy. The only thing I could say was that it was a little too dark. No form of lighting on the site at night which made it difficult to do anything outside when the sun went down, especially... More

We love this site and the family who run it. We have been twice now and found it very relaxing and comfortable. The owners work very hard to make people feel at ease and happy. There is a lovely community feel, other campers were very friendly and considerate. It has a rustic and relaxed appeal and facilities, although basic were... More
