Lovely spanish tapas bar located in a church square. The same staff have been working there for years and they make you feel welcome every time. The hotel itself was reformed not long ago and rooms are pleasant and clean. Food is always good and a very reasonable price.

Alboz isn't the sexiest of towns but as we found with many other inconspicuous Spanish towns it has a heart and a life. It's close enough to the mediterranean to have tourists but far enough for it to be ok. We slept well, don't be fooled by the old front of the café and restaurant, the hotel in the back...

We stayed here while viewing houses in Albox for 2 days. Paid £52 for a double room and 4 euros for a simple but tasty breakfast of orange juice, coffee and cheese and ham on toasted baguette. Lovely staff, particularly the receptionist but brush up on your Spanish before you go as English is limited here. The room was very...

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, located on one of the plazas in the old town, Room, restaurant and all the staff were lovely. Several places to eat & drink within walking distance. Market held outside the hotel every Tuesday. Would highly recommend.

Have stayed here 3 times, with and without the wife and kids. We now have a place near Albox and always do at least one visit here when doing the monthly visit to Spain. The rooms are nice and tidy but the ones at the front are best looking over the plaza. The fish and prawns as mains are excellent....

We stayed here on a house hunting mission with our teenage son and were made to feel extremely welcome by the very friendly staff! Our Spanish is very poor and they (quite rightly) spoke pigeon English, so we relied on the excellent wifi, and google translate! The room was small (for 3) but very comfortable with fantastic views and air...

Stayed here a few years ago, loved the room, the food the price and the people, always Service with a Smile, their English is about as good as my Spanish but we seemed to understand each other, very friendly and welcoming and I will be going back.

This hotel is right on the square, good location. Food was comfortable, expect home food, well done, but not top notch, but it doesn't matter as the atmosphere is great with locals and business people all chatting away making you soak it all in. We chose to eat in the bar and not the restaurant for that reason. Parking is close by, not...

Good location but dirty terrace cigarette buts etc, service a bit slow. Food ok, a little expensive for the area. There are better places to eat and have a drink at a significantly lower price. However location is great, but they don't make the best of it.

We walked in off the street at 9.30am to ask for a family room. We were treated with respect and made to feel like part of the furniture. The room was neat clean and tidy. It was cool and air conditioned. There as shampoo and shower gel supplied. We stayed on a Monday night and were made aware of the...
