My room faced the centre of the bay and I loved waking up to the sunrise each morning. Reception was friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything and restaurant had a good buzz most times of day. Room was cleaned every day with towels and bedding changed too if wanted. Breakfast was not elaborate but plentiful and did the job. Appreciated that room had a small fridge and option for heating as well as air con. Only complaint would be walls quite thin so woken by other peoples alarms a few times! Safe to walk around bay at night and about 30 min walk into old town.

I had a great stay because the receptionist, Johanna, was so lovely & kind plus the room looked out to the sea.. was insanely beautiful to wake up at sunrise and watch it. Was a magical moment! Breakfast was included which was great as what a beautiful place to have a coffee and have your brekkie. Talamanca is great, I love this beach. YOu can take the city boat to the old town or another cool couple of cafes - Cappuccino/Calma it's a few euro and a cool thing to do - or you can walk, it's not far around 30 mins max. This is a really nice place to stay, perfect location within reach of Dalt Vila/Ibiza city and the nicest "city beach" around the town. Thanks for your kindness Johanna it was a pleasure to meet you! :)

this hostal has a perfect location near ibiza town, just behind the port, and on the beach. Awesome when you want to take the little boat to Ibiza (5 min walk, gorgeous little ride by boat with amazing views). If you have a downstairs seaview room, your balcony is literally on the beach. Just hop over and you're there. Amazing views. The hotel has a great fish restaurant and lovely smoothie bar (expensive, large smoothie for 7,50) . just it can be a bit noisy when you wish to turn in before midnight cause of restaurant and bar being open. But that s ibiza i guess. Great (new) bamboo mattresses though. Its really quite a beautiful spot, with lots of wine leaves and plants

Rafa Jona Johanna They made our stay that much better. We felt at home with their hospitality. We were staying for the weekend and ended up staying for the whole week. Definitely should be classified as a hotel. Highly recommended..

What a great place to have an informal dinner in a superb location. The team were extremely professional and friendly given the circumstances of the 'new normal' everything ran like clockwork. Food was fantastic as were the margarita cocktails! We definitely recommend visiting, but make sure you book in advance and get a table on the terraza rather than the restaurant. Kids are welcome and you can ask for half portions as they do not have a kids menu. We will definitely go back.

The rooms themselves at the hotel are very basic and pretty dated. My main problem with this is that there are no fridges in the rooms which crazy in this day and age. Aside from that the hotel is wonderful. The restaurants and bars are fabulous, packed and bustling every night whether you visit in June or October . The location right on the beach front.

We stayed as a couple for 4 nights and had great stay.our room 116 was a sea view room, basic with ensuite shower and small fridge but clean, with a tv and air con if needed. This room is above the main bar and can be a bit noisy with the music from below.Previous reviews mentioned no hot water,we had plenty,no issues.Breakfast is good, but dont expect any sign of a full english. This hostal is not cheep, but the location makes it worth it.It is about 25 min level walk to the town,or water bus and taxis are plentiful. We got a taxi from the airport and this was 20 euros.Staff were friendly and efficient. What does take the edge off a bit is rude guest having no respect for other peoples peace at night, not the hostals fault.Smoking is allowed in the bars as well as dogs ,which may not suit some people.

I’m writing this after a few hours of checking out because I need to get this off my chest. Basically when arriving there everything seemed ok this was very late is was like after 12pm ( Early morning ) So it was just quick check in then straight to bed not thinking this place could end up been a big nightmare. So 1st day morning shower no hot water at all so went down to reception told the old ish grey headed guy about not having hot water. He didn’t want to no didn’t speak much English and said try in 10 mins no apology nothing. I was like ok 1st morning let’s see. Anyways we tried again 10 , 20 mins after still nothing. So annoying !!! So we were thinking hope it works later before we go out sitting at the beach hoping we go back and works. Same problem again after getting back from the beach too full of sand and NO HOT WATER !!’ At this point I was getting quite angry so went down again different receptionist this young dark headed guy I felt sorry because I was mad he looked like he didn’t no how to deal with issues like this. So he said something with broken English I’ll go press a button and try again like 10mins again still no apology!!! So it didn’t work again !!! Wow this issue is a big problem especially when your paying nearly 95 euro per person per night. Anyways with 4 days staying there we had one late night shower which was hot and cold mixture. When checking out I asked for a refund don’t need to tell you the answer. He said just pay the full amount then make a complain. Waste of time !!! Not a great place will never return !!!

We were in the hotel for a couple of nights. The location it’s ok, Talamanca is a quiet area. The hotel never mind. For all the 3 days we have been there, it wasn’t hot waster. Looks like nobody cares. Receptionist don’t speaks English we have been left so uncomfortable after a day to the beach and not hot water when we were back night time. When we arrived the first day, the bed was full of sand. Embarrassing. They didn’t care and we paid such lots of money for 4 night, they didn’t give us any discount. Nada!!! Won’t go back, I don’t recommend it.

Stayed here for a week in August. The location of the hotel is great it's in a quiet part of town and if you can get a sea view it's worth paying the extra. Breakfast was typical Mediterranean, fruits, breads, meats and cheese all very nice and fresh. The downsides were the beds: very hard and squeaky when you move. Shower: either hot or cold but didnt matter which you selected it just decided on one or the other. Smoking: although a month smoking hotel there was constant smoke smell around the 1st floor. Would I stay again? Probably not as there are a few other hotels in the area that look a little better for not too much more money
