My daughter recently held her wedding at this amazing venue and we were able to stay for the weekend there to. and what a weekend it was. There were 22 of us staying there split, by choice, between the main building and the building over the road. Guests in both parts were very pleased with their rooms. The other side is more modern but so tranquil with its gorgeous pool with mountain views. The main building is more traditional but of a very high standard furnishings wise and has a very authentic feel about it. Our ground floor terrace rooms were fantastic, with sunbeds right outside which meant we could socialise with other family in neighbouring rooms. The beautiful courtyard, spacious outdoor restaurant to watch the sunset, 2 beautiful pools that had plenty of sunbeds free just adds to the plus list for this hotel. The food throughout, including the wedding was just excellent. The breakfast which we took outside were amazing with everything you could ask for along side your cooked requests. The actual wedding day was fantastic form start to finish , the most romantic setting you could wish for. But I have to say the biggest asset of this hotel is the staff. Tessy and Ramon did an amazing job at the helm but each and every staff member we encountered were just amazing . From breakfast to the barmen at 1am were just outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them and as someone else had mentioned in a review they actually felt like family. Sometime they were wearing many hats but always with a smile and time to chat. One of our guests were taken ill and the reception ladies were there throughout to sort out what needed to be done. Fortunately all turned out fine but the reassurance of their help and understand really did make a difference. It was the perfect weekend and we just want to say thankyou to them all for making it such. If your looking to arrange a special event or want a top quality , authentic property with amazing service then definitely give Casal a go, you wont be disappointed.…
Loved this Hotel, stunning old buildings beautifully restored. In the countryside but only a few minutes from Can Picafort. We stayed for a nearby family wedding Staff were so helpful with everything. Including tracking me down when I booked out and dropped my Visa card outside! We had an excellent outdoors dinner and several good breakfasts Food is superb. We stayed in an apartment but others in our group stayed in the main hotel. All the rooms are great as are the swimming pools and grounds.
We stayed here for a friends wedding. The hotel is very rustic and authentic. The grounds are beautiful and the pools and areas clean. Tennis courts available. Food is good. The hotel is quite remote so you would need to eat here unless you hire a car or get a taxi into Playa Can Picafort. Little to do at the hotel in the evening, basically evening meal, drink at the small bar. Very quiet, perfect for a relaxing romantic break.
Everything was 10 stars out of 5! Tessy and Ramon, together with the rest of the team, treated us as their family. We were well looked after and felt like a royal family living in a castle! I couldn't recommend this place more and I am not sure if CSE will ever get enough credit for their service, but everything you ask for, they are going above and beyond to deliver. This place will remain forever in our hearts especially after our Marriage here! Sending lots of love to this place, Aurelija and Paulius.
We stayed for over a week and are so grateful to have discovered such a magical place ! We own our own hotel in England and understand how difficult it is to find wonderful staff who really care and are passionate about their job, it’s special when this happens and it happens here. Do not come here if you want a Hyatt or impersonal large 5 star hotel. This place has soul, beautiful rooms, grounds, the pools, staff, peaceful location, lovely food and excellent value. Oh and the private spa is wonderful too Highly recommended and huge thank you to all the staff for making our much needed break so special
We went for dinner at the restaurant of the hotel Casal Santa Eulalia, based on some nice reviews of the place. Our dinner was so bad that we ended up laughing at the miserable experience we had. First of all, we were alone (literally) on a terrace that was located next to a passing road. So the audio atmosphere was that of a service station on the highway. Then the food was the worst we ever had in a restaurant. I started with the crispy shrimps, which were visibly coming straight out of the freezer as they were still cold inside. Then I took the tuna and it was sooo hard I could not cut it with a fish fork. The few vegetables soaked in mayonnaise would not help to take it down. My wife took the pork, which showed up barely cooked. She just ate the edges as pork sushi is usually not recommended for your health. We asked for the bill, paid and ran away as fast as we could. I still cannot reconcile that experience with the other reviews we read - either they’re fake, or the chef resigned and left right before we arrived! Just to be fair, the person attending our table was very nice... but he couldn’t compensate for the absolutely terrible quality of the food.…
My wife and I spent two days in El Petit rooms of the Casal Santa Eulalia where we also attended a wedding. The rooms in El Petit had been recently renovated with great taste, preserving features of the historic building, but introducing functionality and modernity in all the small details. The breakfast was a truly wonderful experience with a wide range of delicious food from Majorca. Highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing break.
Perfect place to rest after hard job. 3 swimming pools, spa, great food in a restaurant, spacey rooms. It is boutique hotel, small. No activities for families with children which is OK if you know that before making booking. So no running shouting kids around. Silence is pricey and you get it here. Staff just perfect. 2 minuses - no kettle in rooms, not possible to set up air con in the building behind street as setting up panel is covered by plastic
We stayed here for a friend's wedding, hotel building is a lovely old Spanish mansion with stunning grounds, we stayed at the petite santa eulalia which is a short walk across the road, there was 32 of us and we all had rooms around our own pool which we used to have pool parties and generally have a great time, because we were away from main building we weren't disturbing anyone else, as for a wedding venue the areas where wedding is held are stunning from drinks on arrival, separate area for wedding service then into a courtyard for pre dinner drinks, the area for wedding meal was a stunning pool area and bar, dinner was fantastic, cooked on a open range, great choice of food and drinks, I think as a wedding venue you will love it, it is a bit out from town so if your looking for a wild time this is not for you, great if you want a chill out few days after a hectic time, breakfast is great too somethings made to order and good choice of buffet items, so if your looking for somewhere to have a great wedding this should be on your list…
We last visited Casal Santa Eulalia six years ago so thought it time to go again and we were not disappointed in any sense. Its a great property with plenty of space so even when hotel is busy it doesn't appear so. The two pools give options for all day relaxing. The food in the Tapas bar both at lunch and on BBQ night was superb....as was the breakfast and dinner in the main outside restaurant area. The highlight of this trip was no doubt the restaurant staff...engaging and efficient and proactive....they really made the difference to our short break. we look forward o visiting again in another few years....that is one of the 'problems' with Mallorca in just has so many great places to visit!
