I have read many reviews about hotel and I can see why they go from 1 to 5 stars. So I'll try to separate it as much as possible to show my take on pros and cons. Hotel - has excellent location, near beach. It has playroom for kids with animators, big restaurant and nice bar. There are 3 big mostly shaded parking slots for your car. Annex to hotel where we were stationed needs renovation. Elevator screeches while going up and down, once it smelled like it has caught fire, doors were literary scratching while opening. Rooms are obviously old. Room – we have taken Comfort room. What you pay is what you get in terms of room benefits, but again, it needs renovation. Lock was moving back and forth while trying to unlock and they are loud when opening, it has some stains on walls, bath has old mold in it, which can only be physically removed. Beds are really uncomfortable. Furniture is simply old. Restaurant – it is big, there is room for everyone. You can sit indoors or on big balcony with mini playground for kids. Our biggest “fight” was to get child seat as there are not as nearly enough of those. We have had half board. Food is not the best but it is not bad either. There are always at least 15 different choices to pick from, and for the most part it is really tasty. Fact is that I have eaten excellent veal, but scrambled eggs next morning were bad. I did not believe you can mess up scrambled eggs, but someone has managed. They refill eaten food fast and often. Advice: either be the first one at the meal ( in other words 20 minutes before opening) or come at least half hour later. Coming at the first minute of opening means you will wait a lot, as people wait in big line. Additional note: in other reviews many have complained that restaurant is unorganized. I disagree. There are two lines for same meals but people (guests) are simply ignorant as.holes. Once grandpa was asking his granddaughter which gnocchi is watching her and they were picking ones which were watching her ( that lasted couple of minutes with 50 decent people waiting to get those gnocchi). Second time 40 ( forty) year old child was arguing with his mother if he should eat salad. Last one I promise, guy in front of me had only 3 pieces of meet left to pick from. He was picking waaaay too long, and then he was slowly moving chosen one in zig-zag line to corner to pick it up. Staff – staff is pleasant and helpful, but you can see on most of them that this is their first or second season. They are simply not as agile as more seasoned workers, but they try and do everything with smile on their faces.

The room nice and spacious. It was our honeymoon, so they prepared for us fruit and cava, with a nice note! They even they gave a free buffet dinner. Even free sunbeds to be in the beach. The staff is super nice and willing to help you any time. A lot of variety at dinner time and breakfast. Thank you!!!

Pro: Good location close to the bridge to the island; nice beach at the adjacent camping site; good starting point for bike trips on the islands; friendly and attentive staff; large bike storage room; lots of parking slots; Thinks to improve: The food & beverage concept is a disaster and asks for a complete new orientation; the quality and the taste of all meals could be considered as an affront to any guest - we skipped the dinner although it was included in our rate; furniture and equipment of the hotel are definitely outdated;

We were pleasantly surprissed about staying at this hotel. The food was very good, however I missed pancakes or something similar at the breakfast. But you will find something you like because there is wide variety of food to pick from. The furniture in the rooms is a bit old, air condition was very loud and I have no doubt it needs some maintenance. The room doors for sure need to be changed because they are really old and you can here everything over them. The most amazing thing in the room was the view over the sea because we stayed at the top floor. Overall staying in this hotel was really good and we had very pleasant time. I really do recommend it.

Spend one night on location. Entered the wrong date when booking. Instead of a non show fee, they postponed my reservation without any problems. The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are fine. Breakfast great. Dive center 300m away. I recommend.

We were here for our summer vacation. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean. The cleaning Lady came by everyday with clean towels and anything else you needed. The food was good, sometimes you had to wait to fill the trays but the offer was quite big... we were never hungry :) the beach is close, 2min of walk. I do recomend it

I traveled with my familiy. Hotel lobby is spacious and nicely decorated. Our room was big enough, renewed, modern and clean. Bathroom was a bit dated, but clean, so I really didn’t mind that it was a bit old. Front doors need to be replaced, they are old and seem unsafe. Bed was really nice, linen clean. Sofa, where my kids slept, was not comfortable, because it was very hard. We had a room with sea view and it was really beautiful. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and both meals was tasty, there was a lot to choose from, so everyone can find food they like. Beer, wine and juices at dinner are free of charge. Near the dinning room there is playground for kids. There was only one thing I didn’t really like, and that was the staff. Workers in the restaurant (students I guess) were very nice and the same goes for cleaning ladies, but ladies at the reception could be a little nicer and more friendly. They were a bit cold, so a person doesn’t really feel welcome. Still I recommend the hotel. Price is good, not too expensive.

We (a family of three) spent a week (June 2019) in hotel Beli Kamik and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was rather spacious, with balcony. We didn't have a view to the sea, but to the park instead. The rooms were cleaned daily - towels changed, bed made... There are some playgrounds for kids outside the hotel and there is also a big playroom next to the reception with chairs and tables for drawing, a carpet with roads and also some IKEA toys. We had breakfast and dinner - both bufet enough choice, not everything was very tasty but it was ok, the soups were great. The beaches were nice and at least at this time they were not crowded, you could find some privat minibeach, but we were there at the beginning of June, so it could be different in the high season. There is free parking and wifi. There are bike trails in Krk and there is a storage room for bikes so I would recommend to take a bike with or it is possible to rent a bike in the hotel (something about 120 HRK for a whole day- don't remember exactly). Next time I will consider this hotel again I think it is good value for the money.
