Expectations where low but were obviously not low enough. When we arrived our room smelled of smoke and was incredibly hot. Free wifi was slow. One good point was that the parking lot was locked by a gate so your car is more or less safe. Would not stay again.

I arrived at 8:40pm to find Reception had closed early. It should have been open to 9:00pm according to Booking Confirmation I received. Screen outside was Out of Service so I could not get in to use the room I'd paid €34.40 for. Luckily the Best Hotel next door still had a receptionist on duty and a room at €52.90... More

Compared to other F1 hotels we've stayed in overnight, this is not up to par. Although we had a non-smoking room, the bedding smelt of smoke as did some of the toilets. It really needs to be made non-smoking anywhere inside the building to eradicate it.

One night stay, two rooms, family of five on our return leg of European road trip. First of all I have to say that we only paid 50 euros for two rooms and it is a convenient location for the ferry. However the plusses end there. Heavy smoking smell in the rooms and both seemed in a worse state of... More

We booked this as our last night in France to allow us to make the early ferry to Dover ahead of a long ride back to the north of the UK. We understood it was a budget hotel and as such were just expecting somewhere clean, quiet and reasonably comfortable to sleep in overnight. Firstly, the double room we had... More

This must be my worst experience EVER! A NON-smoking hotel, where everybody seems to smoke cigarettes, Where stale smoke has covered the entire room, inclusing linnen and bedding. Where you can't get breakfast, because there is no employee to serv breakfast. Where there is no manager to manage the property. Where the bed linnen is so tiny, that it should... More

Me and my girl stopped here on a roadtrip from the UK, we came rather late around 23.30, free parking outside, which is great. The room was ICE-cold when we opened the door because the window had been left open. The breakfast was ok but i can't believe there is no meat, only marmalades and nutella. So i got a... More

You get what you pay for guys. £20 B&B for 2 gets you a machine to check in, a code to get into the hotel and your room, communal loos and showers, and a basic continental breakfast. You won't get any brownie points from the wife, but I guarantee you'll be on the road by 8:30am in the morning.

This is a perfect case of getting what you paid for. We paid £19 per room (two rooms were required as we are a family of 4) and were satisfied with what we got. The rooms are small, the toilet and shower facilities are shared and whist it was busy, the facilities were clean. As a place to stay after... More
