I am staying at the hotel. I booked for a week. However, after two nights I am checking out. Children were allowed to run up and down the corridors. I was still waiting for nearly an hour before any dinner service. The level of service was appalling. The young manager tried to get some service happening but to no avail

This is supposed to be a charming, quaint hotel, but the charm is lost when you realize that it's expensive and doesn't offer the amenities that a modern traveler requires. We stayed for two nights July 7-8, 2016 as part of a Viking River Cruise trip extension. As soon as we got into the room, we realized the deficiencies of... More

Overnight en route to the ferry but this prestige Domaine hotel in tranquil country setting is idyllic. OK it's not the cheapest in town but the welcome , the location, the decor , the room comfort plus a superb restaurant plus efficient staff say it all! A feature we noted on the menu were the "simple" dishes- plain salads ,... More

We stayed at Domaine de Beauvois for one night during a week-long self-guided bike tour through the Loire Valley. Small and well-appointed hotel with great service and nice rooms. Unlike another chateau hotel we experienced, Domaine de Beauvois also had a nice, well-maintained pool that we enjoyed at the end of a long day of riding. Dinner was also excellent.

There are so many choices in the Tours area and we were thrilled with the Domaine de Beauvois. It was outside of a small town but centrally located to visit many of the most popular chateaux and wineries. The front desk staff - especially the manager Agnes, and her assistant Natalie, helped us to plan our days there. They directed... More

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Our room was beautiful and peacefully quiet. The restaurant was superb, particularly for dinner--excellent food and service. All the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful and professional. We loved our walk in the woods around the hotel. The Domaine was a great retreat after a long day visiting the surrounding chateaux.

We stayed in a junior suite N°12. The room is spacious with a fireplace, sofa, armchairs and coffee table. The porcelain like electric water kettle is very pretty. The bath room is small compare to the room size but can be understood . It is not always easy to restore a deluxe hotel in a historical building. I like the... More

We stayed here in mid September 2015. Nice place but rooms smelled damp and moldy, at least the room we had. We had to keep the window open all night, then caught a cold. Would be nice to stay in summer to enjoy the pool. A bit far out I would of rather stayed near Amboise!
