Stayed at this hotel for eight nights, and will stay here every time I visit Tokyo. The room was large and very clean, and ours had a great view of the harbor and city. The staff were excellent, and very friendly. There is a subway station directly underneath, and it is next to a shopping mall and several restaurants. Being... More

We stayed here for 7 nights and were certainly glad to have chosen this hotel. Shinagawa Seaside Station is just under the hotel (about 2-3 mins walk) and from there you can take the Rinkai line to almost anywhere. Although the Rinkai line was a bit on the pricier side we were happy catching it because if you have a... More

We stayed there for 4 nights where 3 nights were consecutive. Staff are friendly and they helped us to store the luggage for the night while we checked out the hotel. They also offered us to join Sunroute Club without a charge. At the lobby, you will find lots of travel info. If you are going to shop in Aeon... More

We stayed in a Queen with seaside view, the room is lovely and there is enough room. The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and polite. The area is quiet and the complex has a large grocery store, convenience store and restaurants. This hotel is a little further out and not quite as convenient as some other areas.... More

Sunroute Shinagawa Seaside is a very good location hotel except the room sizes are too small. Very well located above the Shinagawa Seaside Station which is on the Rinkai Line. The hotel is conveniently located near the Haneda Airport as well.

Hotel surroundings very quiet, not too many people, quite unlike the busy Shibuya or Shinjuku shopping districts. Hotel starts from the 16th floor of the building, huge lobby but no hotel restaurants, except one that opens only for the free buffet breakfast, which by the way was pretty good. There are a few restaurants on the ground though, and the... More

I booked this hotel through a booking site with a 30% discount. The room I had was the Queen Ocean view. It was very spacious, plenty of room to walk around the bed, including a lounge chair, a massage chair and large bathroom. The room was very clean with modern decor and the bed was very comfortable. The window was... More

I actually stayed in this hotel during 2 parts of my holiday. I find the hotel quite accessible being so close to Shinagawa-Seaside Stn (Rinkai line), although I got lost on the way there from Haneda International Airport - the problem is the Tennozu Isle Stn - the Monorail & the Rinkai Line are so far away and there are... Stayed here for 1 week on business and won't be back again. Hotel was clean and tidy - but most things are in Japan. The room was the smallest I've ever been in and I've traveled to Japan for business 6 previous times. This is small even by my Japanese coworker standards. (They were there with me and agreed) spend... More

We stayed here in August 2015, the staff spoke excellent English, the room was quite large for Japan. Perfectly located for transport with the train station basically under the building, 10 minute train ride to Tokyo. Massive shopping complex right next door with some good restaurants. Fantastic views of Tokyo at night. Will come back again.

Neighborhood Profile
Haneda / Kamata
Haneda / Kamata is known for its airport with many hotels popping up with the increase in international flights. It’s also an area that offers many shrines and temples with ancient origins including Anamori Inari Shrine or Ikegami Honmonji temple which is visited by more than 300,000 people in October's Buddhist Oeshiki festival. The area around Kamata station is lined with restaurants and is lively until late at night. In particular, it’s known for the large collection of tasty gyoza specialists.
