I got an amazing rate for a night here. Other than rather strange check in process (seemed like an IT issue), I got to my room. Excellent. Clean, comfortable, everything you could possibly want in a room for 1 night. Excellent bathroom. I even got a tiny bit of a view of the sky tower!

A clean, comfortable, reliably pleasant, reasonably priced hotel in a great location for Narita airport ... and for getting around the rest of Tokyo 😊 Friendly and helpful staff. I literally can't think of anything to complain of!!!!

I just got back from four nights at Hotel Gracery Asakusa and I would definitely stay here again. It's really well-situated, within walking distance of the the Ueno, Yanaka and Ryogoku neighborhoods and next to Sumida River. Plus, it's convenient to the subway station and a twenty minute walk to Ueno Station for the rail. The room was comfortable and of a decent size, but that could be because I was traveling solo. The soundproofing worked. There were way more people booked for the hotel than I ever saw or heard in the halls. I also appreciated the blackout shade since I tend to sleep a bit late. The shower/bath is in a wet room which was a nice surprise. Normally, I freak out seeing water on a bathroom floor and here, it wasn't an issue! Using the combined washer/dryer wasn't a problem. The breakfast was one of three choices (they haven't gone back to a buffet yet), so check your choices before opting for breakfast. And the staff spoke English and was helpful in letting me store my luggage on check-out day. Check in and check-out was super easy. I don't really need fancy hotels so for the price and location, this was a good find!

Blackmailer hotel reached at 930 am and had earlier asked for early check in and when i reached they asked for 4400 yen just for early check in then i requested them to give me by 12pm they said we will try you can go out and come back. When i came back the staff changed and again asked me for the same price. Absolutely greedy and pathetic hotel. Will never come back and would not recommend.

Lovely, clean hotel nestled in a quiet section of Asakusa. Short walk to Kaminarimon and subway. I highly recommend the superior room with bathtub, as bathrooms this large are hard to come by in Japan. The staff was incredibly nice and professional. They will also store your luggage for free if you are traveling around. There are coin operated washing machines. Stayed at this hotel twice during my first trip to Japan, and will definitely be staying again during my next trip.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from Asakusa station and close to many of the attractions. The rooms are fine, of moderate size. The hotel has adapted well to the current situation. For breakfast we used the alcohol dispenser before entering the restaurant. Instead of buffet we were served with an amazing number of delicious courses. On the last morning we had to leave early so they had our food ready to eat at 6:30 so we could get away at 6:45. The front desk staff happily answered all our queries and gave us plans where to go to see the sites. They even rang the snow monkey park to check it was open for us. Our thanks to the hotel and staff. We'd certainly come back here.

Just got back from our stay with this hotel and i have to say that it is one of the best hotels that i’ve stayed in. The hotel itself is centrally located, simply within a few minutes walk from the metro stations, shops, restaurants/bars, and the Sensoji Temple, etc. There’s many tourist spots around the area as well that you could simply spend a day there already. The hotel gives you a perfect view of the Tokyo Skytree Tower (20mins walk away) from its rooms, which made our stay even more enjoyable as the view, especially at night, was absolutely beautiful. The rooms are quite small but i think their double room/bed is more than enough for 2 people, as the space is well used. All the amenities that one would look for is provided in the rooms and the bath that they have in the bathroom is just perfect. I have to say that the staff were extremely polite, approachable, helpful and friendly. There’s really nothing that i didn’t like about this hotel as we really enjoyed our stay. Although i don’t think the hotel has a bar or restaurant, which would’ve been nice but it is understandable since it’s surrounded by a lot. I’ve stayed in quite a lot of hotels and i have to say that i will definitely stay with this hotel/chain again on my next visit to Japan.
