A charming small inn, but I wouldn’t choose it if I wanted to stay in the thick of things and have limited time with me. It is a 13 minutes’ walk away from the nearest station and except for the futons and the tatami mat, did not feel much like a ryokan, which I had mistakenly

My dad and I stayed there for 5 days and it was honestly the perfect place. It’s about 5 to 10 min walk to two train station, 5 min walk to a street with a lot of restaurants. Groceries and soft drinks machine are all around the hotel. The staff is amazing very friendly and

Stayed here as a family with elderly parents. While the hotel may not offer full services like major hotels it was very cozy and the staff were very accommodating. The inn is in a local neighborhood, 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest train station. We used the Kannamachi metro

We stayed for 5 nights at Family Inn Saiko and really loved it. Our welcome was a cheerful and warm one, we were given the tour of the Inn on arrival and were lucky that we were able to check in a little earlier than expected. All the lovely touches around the Inn make you feel

This is an excellent place to stay short subway ride away from the busiest part of Tokyo. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with tatami-floor and bathroom. The service was superb: they even woke up very early in the morning to make sure that we got into our taxi

Thank you for your inquiry. Our closest station is Shinamachi station on Seibu Ikebukuro line. Also, there is another closest station on subway(Tokyo Metro) Kanamecho station on Fukutoshinn and Yurakucho lines. It is just 1 stop from Ikebukuro. Trains from Shinamachi go only to Ikebukuro. However, if you take a Fukutoshin line, the train takes you to Shinjuku, Shibuya and even Yokohama without transfer. If you also take a Yurakucho line, the train takes you to Imperial Palace, Ginza & Yurakucho and Tsukiji & Toyosu without transfer. Kanamecho is much more useful than Shinamachi, isn't it?? From us to kanamecho station is approx. 10-15 min. Hope these information will help you. Again, thank you for your inquiry!

Dear Monica-san, Hello. Thank you for your inquiry. As previously advised that we can not find your name in the booking list. Please advise us of your booking confirmation number. Please also check following mail sent back to you 3 days ago. >>>> I have just made a reservation for me and my family from Aug 18 to 20 at your hotel, I could not find your name on our booking list... I assume you have not completed your reservation yet... >>>> we going to fit in the room ok? I d prefer to book the triple room but it was sold out... Yes, you are right. A triple room is suitable for your family. But the triple rooms are already sold out. A child 4 years and older need his/her own futon. However, if you or your husband do not mind sharing a futon with your 4 year old child, please let us know. I do direct booking for you. >>>> what time is check in and check out at the hotel please? Check in is at 3pm and check out is 10am. Our front desk opens between 8am and 10pm. FYI. >>>> how far is it from Narita to your location please ? Best way from Narita Airport to us is taking an airport bus. Take a bus towards Ikebukuro and get off at Hotel Metropolitan then take a taxi to us. This is the easiest and stress free way for people who have lots of luggages, stroller, etc. It takes 2 and half hours from the airport to Hotel Metropolitan then 10 minutes from the hotel to us. >>>> are there a lot of shops and hotels around you? We are located quiet residential area. Local diners, izayakas, supermarkets, convenience stores are within 10 minutes. If you want more options, please visit Ikebukuro. Its just 1 station(3 min.) by Seibu line. If you have further concerns/questions, please feel free to ask. I am happy to answer your questions. Again, thank you for your inquiry!! Looking forward to hear from you. Regards,

Lorne29-san, First of all, thank you for your reservation and inquiry. >>>> so what does "Shared bathroom" mean? This means 'Bath room for guests'. There is a bath room(bath tub and showers) at 4th floor, which guests are able to use 1 hour privately. If you are still unclear, please email us directly. Sorry for confusing you this time. Again , thank you for your inquiry. Regards,

The Inn is approximately 1km to the station - about 15 minutes flat walking. The Inn is in a very quiet location quite a distance from the typical tourist locations but they can be accessed easily by public transport.

Nancy M-san Hello. I will answer the question. Because we are not a guest house but a ryokan, we have a door, so privacy is kept up. Also it will lock from the inside. The picture shows the outline of the room. Thank you Family Inn Saiko
