Stayed for 19 nights. This place was just perfect. The location is close to Ikebukuro train station which has JR, Subway, Tobu & Seibu Lines. The rooms are large in comparison to other Tokyo rooms. They are spotless! Each room has a washer/dryer which is...More
3 of us took 2 rooms for 4 nights.
The rooms were squeezed for space. Still somehow boasting amenities like washing machine, fridge, ironing facilities, microwave oven, ioniser, tv, safe, room robes, clock, airconditioning, cutlery set, shower/tub, bidet, torchlight, shoe horn, hair dryer - impressive....More

This is the second time we are staying at the same hotel. We love the comfortable room with microwave and washing machine provided for us. The rooms are small. Hotel should improve their breakfast menu or allow guests to make reservation of hotel rooms without...More
First trip to Japan/Tokyo but went with our son who had been previously. He suggested Ikebukuro as a little less frantic than Shibuya or Shinjuku, but still in the same metro line so east to get to everything.
Hotel was very clean, breakfast options were...More

Hi, Andreas. I stayed in Tokyu Stay Ikebukuro last month, for 2 nights. I also had the late night flight from Haneda to go home. Because I still had a seminar to attend until 5 p.m but the check out time was on 11 a.m, I dropped my luggage at the receptionist after I checked out for temporary. You can leave your luggage for free there. The staff will list your stuffs & you will get a receipt. When you want to take your luggage, just show that receipt.
If the place you want to see around are far from the hotel, so it take time to get back there, you can put your luggage in the coin locker at the station. There are 3 size locker, S M L. For the L size, it costs 600-700 JPY/24 hours.
Have a nice trip to Japan. :)

Orchid. I am so sorry. I am afraid we did not explore the Narita Airport Limo Bus option. We took the Keisei Sky Liner to Nippori Station then JR Line to Ikebukuro Station. It cost around ¥2,700 total per person. With a total Journey time of 1 hour from NRT to the doorstep of Tokyu Stay including the 5 minutes walk from Ikebukuro Station toTokyu Stay.
